Myself and wife (both Singaporean) celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary and just wrapped up a 15-day self drive vacation to Switzerland and Austria. Our seventh stop 1 night stay in Alphotel Innsbruck: from warm and smiling reception staffs, to spacious/absolutely clean well laid-out room with balcony/delicious breakfast especially croissonts pastries/3mins walk to shopping mall,sports shop,McDonalds etc/clean and cool air ..... no words can describe our immense joy and amazements. Strongly recommend Alphotel Innsbruck for anyone looking to stay close to Innsbruck city with peace and manageable cost. Thank you once again entire staff at Alphotel Innsbruck .... till we meet again :)

Trotz anliegender Straße ist es im Zimmer sehr leise. Sehr erholsam geschlafen. Gutes Frühstück. Fitness & Wellness vorhanden und sauber. Man ist schnell wieder auf der Autobahn und in der Nähe gibt es alles des täglichen Bedarfs.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Viele Brötchen-Sorten, Eier, Speck, Würstchen... Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kann das Hotel "Alphotel Insbruck" uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Pro: good breakfast, great view with an accessible balcony. Have ac during hot summer day. Great location near bus stop and shopping mall. Con: no kettle in the room. Beware: housekeeping will enter your room after just one knock, regardless whether you are inside the room or not. Tips: ask for Innsbruck Welcome Card when you stay 2 night or more for free public transport.

Posizione buona la donna delle pulizie mi ha rotto il cavo per caricare il telefono perché le prese sono dietro al letto e spostando i letti si romperebbe qualsiasi cavo ma l’hotel ha provveduto subito a ricomprarmelo quindi molto seri e consigliato

很少給酒店寫差評 停車場位置不夠，大半夜到了酒店停車場沒有位置。找了半天位置找不到停到外面要收費，後來訂房網站幫我協調了，前台才讓我有位置停。

Hotel is clean breakfast had many choices location a bit far if you stay 2 nights and above there provide you a welcome card means you can take free bus within Innsbruck area

The hotel was well located outside the main part of Innsbruck which we liked as they had parking. It would have been great if parking was reserved for guests, but we managed. The bus was just around the corner & very easy to use. The breakfast was yummy & had lots of options. Dinner was also yummy. The service was very good. We would definitely stay here again as it was very neat & clean & just what we wanted.
