這次入住麗笙紅因斯布魯克飯店（Radisson RED Innsbruck），體驗非常棒！ 地點極佳：就在因斯布魯克市中心旁或河畔（依實際位置調整，通常在Inn河畔/老城步行可達），去金色屋頂、老城區散步或搭車都超方便，拉行李或踩點不費力。 餐飲與風景：最驚豔的是他們的餐廳/頂樓空間，窗外就是阿爾卑斯山景或迷人河景，早上吃早餐或下午喝個東西配這景觀簡直滿分。 氛圍與服務：Radisson RED 一貫走年輕、有設計感、不呆板的路線，櫃台和工作人員也很親切。 之後若再來因斯布魯克會再回訪！

A very new hotel in innsbruck, opened this year. It’s very accessible as it’s near to innsbruck hbf and a small walk from the town area. As it’s a new hotel, the facilities are very new and modern. The rooftop bar has a good view of the Tyrol mountain range. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and warm.

The hotel is an excellent location. It is closed to the landmarks by walking. The room is super clean with full facilities. The staffs are service mind. Really recommend.

We had issue to not able to check in due to some urgent situation. Asked for refund but the hotel refused to process it. We even asked you can deduct cancellation or at least provide unused night amount back but still they rejected. I understand the policy but considering the situation I think such a big massive hotel with great service should have been able to negotiate but them not even considering was just not expected. Apart from that good hotel with nice amenities.

The hotel has a lot of potential with its fantastic location and beautiful interior, but unfortunately, my stay was ruined by poor service and maintenance issues. I happened to visit during a European heatwave, and the AC in my room completely failed, making it impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, the in-room phone didn’t work, so I couldn't easily contact the front desk. When I finally spoke to a staff member, they failed to pass the information along to the next shift. Additionally, the daytime staff lacked professionalism. During a conversation about my room situation, one female staff member spoke to me so loudly that other guests began to stare. While she wasn't outright rude, raising her voice was entirely unnecessary and uncomfortable. I hope management addresses these communication and service gaps

The hotel is very nice . The staff of hotel is professional and kind.the location of hotel is very convenient to all sightseeing places and traffic is good. The hotel gives public transportation card to us. The restaurant on ninth floor has wonderful seeing and food is delicious and rich.
