不是一般的差！大家避雷！酒店靠近馬路很吵，房間很小很小，很簡陋！性價比是一點點沒有，前台服務員態度也很一般，給了一間緊挨電梯的房間，如果打開一個行李箱房間裡連路都沒了，早餐更是好笑，要什麼沒什麼！看圖就是早餐全部！

ウェルカムアイスでいただいたピスタチオとマンゴーアイスがとても美味しかったです! お部屋やロビーもとても清潔でかわいかったです。お部屋に冷蔵庫はないですが、ロビーに共用の冷蔵庫がありそこにドリンクやチョコレートを入れてました。ロビーにウォーターサーバーがあるのでお水もくめます。ロビーには電子レンジもありました。ただ、お部屋にエアコンがないので寢苦しかった...チューリッヒはエアコンないホテルが多そうでした。扇風機は2こありました。 駅からも徒歩5.6分でつきますし、近くに人気の飲食店やスタバもあり、リンデンホフの丘も10分くらいで著くので立地はとても使い勝手がいいと思います!

Staff are nice. Glad to have free ice cream offered which is excellent. Less than 10 minutes walk to the train terminal, and just near to the poly bahn, very convenient.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Marta. The location is excellent — right in the middle of Zurich and close to everything, making it very easy to explore the city. The service was great, especially the lady who assisted us during check-in; she was very nice and friendly, which made us feel welcome. The room itself was clean and simple, though it didn’t have air conditioning. We had to slightly open the window for ventilation, which was manageable. We requested a higher floor, but I think because we also requested two single beds, we were assigned a lower floor instead. Not a big issue, but something to note. Breakfast was very minimal in terms of options. If you have the choice, it might be better to skip the breakfast and try some of the many nearby cafes instead. Overall, Hotel Marta is a good, no-fuss option if you want to stay in a central and convenient location in Zurich with friendly service.

I stayed there for 1 night and the hotel is ok, staff was super friendly and attentive. I booked a room with 2 beds and when I checked in it was 1 queen size bed. The rooms did not have air conditioning, beds are not comfortable, and they only gave us 1 towel for a room that had 2 guests. I will never stay here again.

從機場坐車到火車站，再步行到達酒店大概十幾分鍾，到達是晚上11點了，提前收到郵件會有開門密碼，很順利拿到鑰匙入住，位置不錯離周邊景點比較近

位置距離車站不遠，可搭車或步行到酒店。附近是酒吧街，晚上有點嘈吵，酒店亦貼心提供耳塞。窗戶可開方便空氣流通。早餐選擇較少，相對簡單及普通。

일단 셀프체크인을 해야 하는 시간에 도착 했는데, 체크인을 위해 필요한 번호를 잘못 전달주셔서 추운 날 들어가지도 못하고 정말 난감한 상황이었습니다. 다행히 다른 투숙객이 나오는 틈을 타 로비로 들어가 로비 전화로 emergency call 할 수 있었습니다. 그 후 대처는 좋긴 했다만, 번호를 잘못 전달해주신 것이 너무 당황스러웠네요. 나오던 투숙객이 없었다면 어쩔뻔 했는지… 조식은 무난무난 비건 식사라 햄은 없네요~~
