瑞士之星大樓酒店 (Swiss Star Tower - Self Check-IN)

唯一優點交通還算方便。4號有軌直達巴士汽車站。多條線路能達老城、火車站。房間面積沒有25平，最關鍵陽台和其他三個房間是通著的，稍覺不安，有浴缸洗澡時水濺地下會積水，因為地下沒地漏。住了三天沒亻管，垃圾也沒人倒。

房間很大，乾淨整潔，景觀也開揚，而且有廚房可以煮食。位置方便，火車站步行5分鐘到達，火車班次密集，附近還有超級市場。只是我們遇到了兩個問題，自助入住機器有點難操作，和洗澡突然沒有熱水，幸好我們找到了服務人員，他們也能迅速解決問題。房間裡沒有風筒，也不能寄存行李。

晚上9點入住，結果上一個住客吃剩下的東西和房間根本沒打掃，半夜聯繫客服，打掃完快12點了，環境很差，半夜都是火車的聲音。無語至極。

房間有怪味道，陽台的門傾倒，讓人感到害怕，睡到一半會有火車通過的聲音，無法好好休息。更糟糕的是外面有人抽煙，煙味🚬臭到不行❌！

同胞們，這個地方千萬不要住，我跟我朋友預訂了個雙人間，平台上説付款後會發一個Code到我們郵箱裡（用來自提鑰匙的），結果一直沒發給我們。等我們到了現場後，打電話給房東，想詢問要怎麼解決，結果房東的態度極度惡劣，用口音極重的英語問我們在哪？我們在哪你還不知道嗎！最後直接掛了我們的電話，並且不再接聽我們的電話！最後我們衹能跟客服溝通。 等我們進去後，發現裡面環境真的不是一般的差，房間自帶的電磁灶、吹風機之類損壞用不了，公寓旁邊就是鐵路，每天晚上那吵的呀，真是沒誰了。説真的，同學們出來玩一定要住的好一點，這個公寓讓人壓力太大了。 （不過樓下的巴基斯坦大叔人還不錯，幸好他讓我們連了WiFi，我們才能聯繫客服和登錄郵箱，不然真的要涼）。 Lads，please do not stay in this place. After we entered, we found that the environment inside was really not average. The built-in electromagnetic stove and hair dryer in the room were damaged and couldn't be used. The apartment was next to the railway, and it was noisy every night. It's really nobody's fault. To be honest, students must live better when they come out to play. This apartment is too stressful. （However, the Pakistani uncle downstairs is not bad. Fortunately, he connected us to WiFi so that we could contact customer service and log in to our email, otherwise it would really be so damed）. BTW, you are ******. Fat ass landlord.

Very poor condition, blood stain on the wall and dirty bedsheets. Toilet full of dust and the bath tub is smelling. Location near the train station but feeling unsafe with a lot of drunk people on the street. We have to leave the place immediately.

Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Parkplätze sind Fehlanzeige, man muß in ein teures Parkhaus fahren. Code um an den Zimmerschlüssel zu gelangen mußte ich telefonisch erfragen was mit Roaminggebühren zusätzliche Kosten verursacht. Das Zimmer war mir (Mitte Mai) zu warm, eine Heizung bzw Raumthermostat konnte ich allerdings nicht finden. Das Fenster habe ich wegen des nahen Bahnhofs leider nicht dauerhaft öffnen können. Die Matratze ist für meinen Geschmack zu weich.
