The blind was faulty and the management brought down the blind without replacing it. At least make a makeshift curtain. Its totally bare and you cannot switch on the light esp. at night coz its truly transparent

唯一優點交通還算方便。4號有軌直達巴士汽車站。多條線路能達老城、火車站。房間面積沒有25平，最關鍵陽台和其他三個房間是通著的，稍覺不安，有浴缸洗澡時水濺地下會積水，因為地下沒地漏。住了三天沒亻管，垃圾也沒人倒。

The iron is not clean; furthermore, the plug on the iron wasn’t compatible with the outlet in the hotel room, so I had to buy an adapter separately from Coop to connect it to the electricity. The call service couldn't help. I should have had to extend my stay in there for one more day, but due to the unsatisfactory communication with the hotel service, it happened, luckily, because I stayed in another, better hotel for this price. The corridor of the 4th floor (I don't have any idea about other floors) smells disgusting. The elevator and corridors were full of garbage during all my 3-day stay.

12th floor. The entrance, hallways and the stairs up to the room etc. were a bit run down and dirty looking but inside the apartment was great and incredibly warm and cozy in the majority of the room. I was very cold coming in so that was perfect for me. Only problem was not being able to turn the heat down at night (I didn't find any way to do it at least) and I had to sleep with the window open where trains would come and go very often and people outside on the street yelling random things sometimes at night, so I didn't sleep very well. The heat came from the ceiling in the bedroom. Also had some people arguing on the floor below and some stomping on the floor above around 00:00 to 03:00 but that's not really the hotel's fault because there's no active staff present. Maybe worth noting is that I stayed here the night of a big concert (Slipknot) at Hallenstadion which is close by. I would stay here again if I found a way to turn the heat down at night. Great view from the balcony.

No fan no ac nothing it all if open window too much noise from outside of trains. Request to hotel by email for curtains or room change because in morning while sleeping room too much sunshine and hot due to that but till now no response from hotel. Never will visit again this hotel.

房間很大，乾淨整潔，景觀也開揚，而且有廚房可以煮食。位置方便，火車站步行5分鐘到達，火車班次密集，附近還有超級市場。只是我們遇到了兩個問題，自助入住機器有點難操作，和洗澡突然沒有熱水，幸好我們找到了服務人員，他們也能迅速解決問題。房間裡沒有風筒，也不能寄存行李。
