蘇黎世沃夫拉姆普拉茲觀景公寓 (VISIONAPARTMENTS Wolframplatz - contactless check-in)

酒店式公寓，唯一優點是酒店入口在Giesshubel火車站台邊上，去市中心算方便，走路10分鐘左右到一家coop超市。剩下的衹剩災難： 自助入住，通過訂房網站預訂是沒有通知的，這家酒店式公寓全程沒有前台以及工作人員。諮詢訂房網站後稱需要自己主動發郵件聯繫酒店去辦理在線入住，可是實際上發了並沒有得到迴應，最後是我自己在谷歌上搜尋該品牌的官網通過連結找到了辦理入住的區域，上傳了護照以及訂房網站發過來的訂單確認號才成功，入住當天系統自動發送郵件進大門和房間還有等等設施的6位數密碼。如果我沒有提前在別的平台看到關於入住這家酒店公寓的滿屏極低評價相關的訊息，那麼甚至連大門都進不去，預訂時衹有預訂界面酒店名稱的英文提到了“Self Check-in” 走廊臟，房間佈局不合理，窗簾不完整，燈好幾個是壞的，沒空調所以夏季很熱，配的風扇風小噪音大，枕頭裡麵衹有一點棉花直接失去枕頭的作用，淋浴噴頭開裂差點劃破手，放熱水需要放至少5分鐘，廚房無洗碗機專用清潔塊，電源位置不合理都在牆角而且少，內外部環境均不夠清潔。樓下越南菜而且是周圍唯一的飯店難吃且價格不合理。酒店給訂房網站提供的官方宣傳圖看著好，實際上設備保養等於從開業到現在好像就沒保養過。 最後，還提前一天發郵件通知你必須要在上午10:00前退房，不然多收你錢。 這個房價再加上這種體驗，嗯。 可以看看谷歌上最近關於這家的評價 建議訂房網站還是別上架這種抽象派的酒店了

晚上修路很吵 一直到早上

環境不錯，但是沒有空調，所以夏天去住挺熱的，裡面有個小風扇，房間挺大的，是自動辦理入住，沒有服務。

The worst hotel experience ever, if I can give negative rating I would. To start off, I didn’t receive the 2nd confirmation with their check in number for me to check in. I have to wait outside the apartment for one hour. Went in the room feels like a sauna (the room temperature is way higher than the outside) with no AC and broken fans, refused to replace a new one on the same day, instead asking my to sped 150€ more per day to upgrade to a two bedrooms apartment by myself. So i booked a new hotel with much better environment and service on the same day, packed and left the hotel.

超級推薦嚟蘇黎世嘅人住呢間酒店，地點方便樓下就係車站即使係Zurich HB行過去都係半個鐘附近仲有大型商場，仲有幾個超市係附近Migros, Lidl同埋coop

Let’s start with the good things. The apartment was clean and spacious and so was the bathroom. Well equipped with the kitchen and appliances. But unfortunately our stay was not comfortable. We were travelling as a family so we booked two studio apartments but the apartments were at two very different floors. The room was really really hot with no air conditioning. They did provide a fan which was not good at all. We requested for an extra fan but they didn’t provide that and because of heat we couldn’t sleep at all. They do have a parking but one needs to pay extra for the parking which is quite expensive. We paid 80 euros for 3 days but even then sometimes our parking spot was taken by the others. Even after paying this much amount, one is always under stress because of your spot is taken by someone else and you’ve parked somewhere else then there’s a possibility of getting your car towed away. We had to make multiple calls to the service office as they don’t have any service counter. One needs to make calls(not cost effective at all) or communicate through the email to get in touch with them which is very inconvenient. Also they didn’t offer cleaning services even once during our stay. Also they don’t have any house shoes in the apartment. So if you have any other option then please go for it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying there especially in summer months.
