Pop Up 酒店 克羅內蘇黎世 (Pop up Hotel Krone Zürich)

お部屋もすごく綺麗で快適に過ごせました。宿の周りは週末は少し騒がしいですが、駅ら近く便利です。

Needless to say the location, All services and amenities were good. You can leave your luggage and backpacks there if you want even after you checked out, so you can enjoy shopping or sightseeing for several hours before you go back to the airport without heavy and lots of baggage.

This hostel is clean and conveniently located, close to the main touristic attractions and the main train station. Shared bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The room is comfortable. However - the hostel is just next door to a bar, so it’s very noisy until the bar closes (on a Friday night is 2AM). checkout time is at 10AM, which is not only unusual but very inconvenient. I won’t be staying in this hotel when I return to Zurich

My second visit, for a night's stay. Great service by the crew/desk. And yeah...location is premium.

強烈建議不要住這裡！房間小倒罷了，屋裡竟然沒有衞生間！要到走廊盡頭樓梯角落上廁所！洗澡更麻煩👿沒早餐、沒服務、沒網絡。被騙了！

Please DO NOT book this hotel - legitimately it should not be called as hotel as there is no staff responding to enquiries and requests during office hours/ check in hours. 1. Myself called and emailed the hotel to ask late check many times during office hours but NO response. 2. Reported to 訂房網站 that no one in hotel respond to calls and emails; and ridicoulsly that 訂房網站 also couldn’t reach out to them during office hours. 3. All in all, it’s so irresponsible for a legal business not to response to a paid customer during office hour. They have the responsiblity and obligation to respond to clients’ enquiries and requests no matter yes or no late check in during the office hours. 4. This hotel seems have bad reputation / image locally as even taxi driver in Zurich asked why i booked this hotel. 5. Basically this “so-call hotel" doesn’t have people working during office hours (as said phone no response and email is invalid) and NO ONE there most likely after 9:01pm as they said they closed reception very on time. 6. I arrived the hotel in the evening (after 9:01pm) and ended up on the street; and had to book another hotel: Hotels by Fassbind which is very kind to arrange a last-min hotel room for me and I had a very good night there. 7. All in all, it’s my first WORSE experience in hotel experience in Europe. They shouldn’t even call it as a hotel and don’t think 訂房網站 should put it on the list. 8. The reason I booked this cheap place because I thought I will only stay a night and leave right away in the early morning for Italy. I regret! 9. I think all the comments in the review are FAKE. J'ai moi-même appelé et envoyé un e-mail à l'hôtel pour demander un enregistrement tardif plusieurs fois pendant les heures de bureau, mais AUCUNE réponse. 2. Signalé à 訂房網站 que personne dans l'hôtel ne répond aux appels et aux e-mails ; et ridiculement que 訂房網站 ne pouvait pas non plus les contacter pendant les heures de bureau. 3. Dans l'ensemble, il est tellement irresponsable pour une entreprise légale de ne pas répondre à un client payant pendant les heures de bureau. Ils ont la responsabilité et l'obligation de répondre aux demandes de renseignements et aux demandes des clients, qu'il s'agisse d'un enregistrement tardif ou non pendant les heures de bureau. 4. Cet hôtel semble avoir une mauvaise réputation / image localement car même un chauffeur de taxi à Zurich a demandé pourquoi j'avais réservé cet hôtel. 5. Fondamentalement, ce "soi-disant hôtel" n'a pas de personnes travaillant pendant les heures de bureau (comme indiqué au téléphone, aucune réponse et l'e-mail n'est pas valide) et PERSONNE là-bas très probablement après 21h01, car ils ont dit qu'ils avaient fermé la réception très à l'heure. 6. Je suis arrivé à l'hôtel le soir (après 21h01) et je me suis retrouvé dans la rue ; et j'ai dû réserver un autre hôtel: Hotels by Fassbind qui est très gentil de m'avoir réservé une chambre d'hôtel de dernière minute et j'y ai passé une très bonne nuit. 7. Dans l'ensemble, c'est ma première PIRE expérience d'expérience hôtelière en Europe. Ils ne devraient même pas l'appeler un hôtel et ne pensent pas que 訂房網站 devrait le mettre sur la liste. 8. La raison pour laquelle j'ai réservé cet endroit pas cher parce que je pensais ne rester qu'une nuit et partir tout de suite tôt le matin pour l'Italie. Je regrette! 9. Je pense que tous les commentaires de la critique sont FAUX. Ne faites pas confiance aux faux commentaires faits par eux en interne. ——
