地理環境未算方便，不會容易找到估唔到要去另外一間地方做check-in或者擺放行李，而且check-in時間有點遲，呢個有啲難搞環境有啲嘈，始終係木屋人行人關門後全部聽到房的空間感到很大，而且有廚房煮食這是我最欣賞比較，因為在歐洲煮食都很緊要

我訂的大床房，衹提供了一床單人被，其他房間在櫃子裡面還有一床，我們沒有。衹找到一個被芯，沒有被套，很髒。在翻櫃子找的時候，發現前面客人留下的廚餘垃圾沒有清理。最不可原諒的是早上8點左右沒有到退房時間，酒店就把開門密碼換了，我們無法進去。沒有辦法和酒店溝通，耽誤了一個多小時。

基本上沒有服務，設施老舊，交通還算方便，從蘇黍世車站坐15分鐘巴士即可到達。入口有點難找，令人滿意的是有浴缸

Easy check in and great room. Beds were very clean and comfy with extra duvets. An iron was included in the room which was great and the bathroom had a jacuzzi bath. Location is near tram stop and only about 10min from the centre. Also great view from the room.

Al llegar no podía acceder a la habitación q estaba afuera del edificio (un horror). Tratamos de contactar al Hotel y no podíamos, les pedí que me manden wp y ellos me responden q los llame x teléfono. Nunca se contactaron. Al final pudimos llamar nosotros y encima nos responden q en Suiza se habla solo alemán. Una falta de empatia con el pasajero total. La habitación, una vergüenza. El peor alojamiento q he conocido. Persiana rota,. Sin servicio de tv x cable, radiador de calefacción sin funcionar, no había ni perchero ni perchas ni lugar donde colgar una campera, sin secador, luz de la cama rota, 1 solo tenedor, 1 sola cucharita, en el baño hay una cortina q aparte de estar rota se te pega al cuerpo cuando te bañas. Inconcebible un lugar así.

避雷避雷避雷。酒店沒電梯，行李上樓很難。很破很舊，房間比圖片上看起來還要多30年歷史。重點是自助Check in 的密碼有問題，弄了一個小時，也聯繫不上酒店的人。問了隔壁房間的住戶，每一個人都有這個問題。非常麻煩，瑞士住過最爛的酒店。

首先衞生非常差！廁所浴簾是黃的，地上還有頭髮，枕頭底下也有！其次很不安全。門玻璃是碎的，右側窗戶衹有紗簾沒有窗簾，外邊一直有人走過，能直接看到屋內。門鎖很不結實。最後入住體驗很差，密碼盒説14.00之後能打開，但是等到了快14.30也沒打開，最後發現是壞的根本打不開，來了個打掃衞生衹會講西班牙語的工作人員給扣開了，那個打掃衞生的大叔德語法語英語都聽不懂…… 強烈建議不要來住！

Guten Tag, als wir im Zimmer waren und auf dem Tisch meinen neuen Mac Book und 2 IPhone 16 deponiert haben kippte die Tischplatte um weil sie gar nicht mehr befestigt war. Das Ergebnis sind 3 Display Schäden. Wer bezahlt uns diesen Schaden?

I am very disappointed with my recent stay here. I booked this accommodation 3 months in advance, expecting a smooth experience. Unfortunately, several issues made my stay very unpleasant: 1. Despite my early booking, I was given a room on the upper floor with no lift, which was very inconvenient especially when carrying luggage. 2. Upon arrival, the password key provided was wrong. This caused a lot of stress, wasting my time and energy while trying to access my room. 3. I requested to borrow a Type J socket adapter since I was coming from abroad and needed it to charge my phone. Sadly, they refused to help, even though this is a basic necessity for international travelers. 4. It was summer and the room was very hot. I asked if I could borrow a stand fan, but they also refused this request, showing no concern for guest comfort. Overall, I am very disappointed with the poor service and lack of customer care. I hope the management will seriously improve their services, especially in assisting guests with basic needs.

Look I wouldn’t say 1 Star is fair because it was warm and had beds but that was it. Problems include broken light fittings, dirty throughout, broken kettle, stove top not working. The electrical outlet near the stove or working so we had to move the microwave to another point. It was similar to basic student accomodation. I guess the price pint reflected this but broken items and dirtiness are not acceptable. The help number just rang out as well when I tried to call about parking options .
