雷克斯速樂酒店 (Hotel Rex)

首先酒店位置非常不方便，需要搭電車才能到達，否則要上山大約30分鐘。其次酒店環境不衛生，房間沒有冷氣，必須要開著窗戶才會有風，與酒店所說明的有冷氣提供完全不一樣。再者，進入房間後，發現廁所全都是烏蠅、蚊蟲、以及飛蛾，因此極不推薦本酒店。除此之外，自助入住亦非常麻煩，在支付城市稅的選項入面，需要嘗試三次左右，再聯絡酒店職員才能成功。check out時亦需要酒店職員幫助才能成功。😀

我不會再預訂這個酒店.因為這間酒店我對全部的自助check in酒店都不抱有希望..當你遇到困難時.不會有任何人來幫你..他們也不在乎你是否要在酒店大堂坐一整夜

Really good location, right by the tram that travels up from the station. 10mins max. Room a little on the small side but clean and with a fan for the heat. Hotel quiet and safe. Excellent, friendly and helpful reception staff. Good breakfast selection. Would stay again

酒店是自助check in的，訂房網站沒有發4開頭的預訂號，導致需要聯繫酒店人員才辦了入住。酒店位置離火車站不算近，需要走10分鐘或者坐電車。不過這個價位，在蘇黎世選擇真不多，好在酒店乾淨，商務出差ok。

很鬱悶的一次經歷，沒人告訴從火車站出來，要上山坡才能到達，晚上到達又累又帶行李，唉！

What was supposed to be an average, unspectacular and fuss-free stay turned into an annoying experience. I'll start with the worst offender. Our blankets were dirty, so we placed them on the floor and informed reception in the morning. We requested for housekeeping to remove the blanket, which they acknowledged. And yet when we returned, all they did was place one blanket on top of our wardrobe, and stuffed the other in the wardrobe. Our room also had no built-in air-conditioning. I understand that this is common for accomodations in Switzerland. And to be fair, they did provide a portable A/C unit, but it's not strong enough to cool your room. Treat it like a ventilation unit and nothing more. Fortunately the nights were cool during our stay, but I can't imagine being here over a hotter climate. You might think opening the window might be a solution for some fresh air, but doing so immediately brought in uninvited guests (AKA flies). And there were many of them. Maybe not the hotel's fault, but something that you'd need to be aware of regardless. We only stayed here because it was the most affordable option that's relatively close to the SBB (though it's not that close either). Unless you really really really have no other choice, I don't see any reason why you can't do better than this.

Beautiful place, very Swiss. Location is good but up the hill from the center, it's a bit of a walk (15min) especially going up. The tram is right in front of the building though. Very clean room, best tap water in the world, very good breakfast. They have their own Zurich-made soaps and shampoo/lotion of really good quality, a pleasant surprise. Elevator was being serviced, I was in 4th floor but my cardiologist will approve this exercise 😂 I'm sure the elevator is back in service soon, multiple people were working on it (there was no noise or dust from their work). Keep it up Team Rex, you guys are amazing and your guests will charge good energy at your place.

A strange room. Open the door what you see the shower and the toilet then the bed. Overpriced. Breakfast is very poor.
