設施：有個mini健身房 衞生：灰塵揚起 環境：周邊遠離市區，但各方面還是方便的 服務：還可以的 三點check in都不行，一直等到15:30催促才入住，房間大小算是舒適，可惜衞生情況一般，最致命的是沒有空調，給你一台風扇

The first day when we arrived on the 13th of August , the guy at the front desk was very friendly and polite.The hotel is located near tram and train station and bus station so it is was very convenient to go anywhere. Tram is 4mins walk away ,10mins walk to supermarket and train station. And 15mins by tram to the Zurich airport . Hotel cleanliness is an issue, very dusty floor,dirty sink,and dirty toilet bowl. I even asked twice the receptionist the guy on duty if they can clean our room and put a fresh towel but no one came to clean.Room service is not 24hrs. Air conditioning doesn’t cool the room down. No tv channels. Hotel service is below standard. Merlyn from London

酒店離機場大概10幾分鐘的電車，但是電車不到門口，還要走7-8分鐘，但是門口的11路電車可以去老城區的景點已經火車站，還算方便的～ 早餐樣式挺多的，很好吃～ 有媽媽愛吃的土豆餅～ 房間也算歐洲酒店裡麵稍微大一些的，設施正常3星標準，性價比還不錯～

靠著展覽中心，住的那兩天正好車展，外面很吵、停車場也比較擁擠，停車挺貴的、24瑞士法郎一天,早餐也挺貴、每人29.9瑞士法郎。房間衞生還行，但是沒有冰箱，買的牛奶沒法冷藏

I booked a room with breakfast included. However, during check-in I was told breakfast was not included. I need to verified my booking with the email voucher to the front desk and she amended it. Regretfully, the next few days, I need to re-verify with front desk again because the waiter/waitress said breakfast was not included. The property description mentioned that each category is provided with air-conditioning but I cannot operate the temperature and fan speed because they are centrally controlled. Also, in the room details mentioned that slippers are provided but was not.

酒店位置距離機場約10分鐘打車距離。距離蘇黎世教堂、步行街打車大約20分鐘車程。 酒店三晚按金210歐，城市稅7歐/晚。 我特別不能忍受，酒店三個晚上入住均不給我打掃衞生！差評！要求換毛巾才給換。 早餐咖啡機壞的，找服務員修理後可使用。 不會再次入住！

房間蠻大的，酒店離蘇黎世火車站20分鐘，坐電車火車都可以到，坐電車不用換，下來走10分鐘左右，還算是方便的，標註四星酒店配置吧，早餐選擇也很多，總體還不錯的。 到蘇黎世市區也是坐電車，大概也是20分鐘左右。

前台小哥哥熱情，介紹好多旅遊景點和坐車方法，交通也比較方便，11號車到市中心，房間很大，設施也保養不錯，早餐簡單但口味不錯，總體感覺很好。不愧是蘇黎世酒店
