地理位置十分好，步行5分鐘內一定到天門山索道站，附近又有好多食肆可以揀。如果要一早入場到天門山真是一個好好的選擇，因為早起床加上行山後一定十分累，可以極速回飯店休息真是十分正。酒店入住時更送禮物一份，真是十分窩心，唯獨房間暗一點晚上再到附近行下街，又有好多茶飲可以一試，感受下當地特色。

位置挺好，就在天門山索道旁邊，衹是外面施工，然後張家界市也不大，機場離得很近，白天有施工噪音，晚上有飛機聲音😂工作人員服務是滿熱情的，住的對面有很多吃的，但本地人好像都不太推薦，茶顏悅色到處都是。從房間也能看到遠處山頂，沒宣傳圖那麼好看就是咯，還送暖寶寶比較貼心。

I couldn’t be happier with this hotel. The location was great, just 5 minutes walking from the Tianmen Mountain Station. The room was gorgeous and clean. They had also included some really nice little presents for us. The receptionists were exceptional. They went above and beyond helping us arrange our really early transport to Grand Canyon and from there to Tianmen mountain. I highly recommend it if you are staying in Zhangjiajie.

🌏 The hotel truly exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, they offered us a free transfer. The driver was a bit late, but the staff handled it with such care — they even gave us a complimentary return transfer to the train station as an apology. That’s what I call genuine hospitality! The reception girls were absolute sweethearts. Kind, patient, they explained everything with the help of a translator, served us hot tea, and even brought fruit as a welcome gift. Honestly, I’ve stayed in five-star hotels before, but I have never experienced this level of heartfelt care and warmth there. Here, you feel not like a client, but a truly welcome guest. The room was pure harmony — spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Slippers, a hygiene kit, a hairbrush, and even women’s sanitary products were provided — such a rare and considerate touch. The panoramic windows were huge (yes, the view was of a construction site), but the atmosphere inside was so pleasant it didn’t matter at all. And the tea ceremony table was the cherry on top, making the whole stay feel cultural and special. This hotel proves that true comfort doesn’t come from stars, but from genuine care, warm smiles, and attention to details. P.S. Oh, and the sweetest surprise — our stay happened to coincide with the Mid-Autumn Festival. The hotel gifted us a box of mooncakes 🎑🥮. 非常喜歡這裡！交通方便，周邊應有盡有，店家服務周到，還提供送站服務，雖然我沒享受到哈。第一次住酒店連姨媽巾都有提供的，真的太貼心了吧，的確剛好用上了！周邊在施工有噪音，關燈後還挺亮的，但玩了一天累趴的完全不影響，店家也提供了眼罩和耳塞

房間衞生很好，客房服務也非常溫暖，特別是接待我們的小熊小姐姐，從訂房開始就耐心地接待，讓我實實在在地體驗了一把五星級的保姆級攻略服務，到店的晚上還給我們設計了遊玩路線，真的太貼心了。讓我們節省了很多時間，體驗感很好！以後還得再來。必須給小熊七星級好評，特別感謝！

After a long day of hiking what's better than treating yourself to a long bath? And then a good night of sleep on a very good mattress? This room is on the pricier side but in my opinion totally worth it. 5 min walking from the cable car station to tianmen cave and central to a street food/ restaurants/ shops area. Staff was very nice. Only two pain points: not very well noise insulated (and I was on the 13th floor) and they offer a washer service... but no drying which makes it pretty useless. However I had a great time at this hotel and I recommend it 100%

Very helpful staff. Even with a slight language barrier they went out their way to use Google Translate. Even got an arrival bag of little chinese snacks and fruit when I came back from my day out. Really clean room and less than a 5 minute walk to the cable car station. Would definitely recommend coming from a solo female traveller

民宿在一棟大樓內改裝的，位置很好，走路去天門山索道站就五分鐘，房間就能看見索道站和運行的索道車廂，對早上趕早的朋友非常友好，以至於這樓內有十來家各種民俗😄 房間內景忘記拍了，和網上圖片完全一致，房間很大很乾凈，衞生間和浴室都裝修不錯，走舒適的路子，毛巾浴巾看著乾淨柔軟。樓下一條街都非常多各種餐館，吃飯超方便。我訂了兩天，一天是平日假一天國慶價，就平日300+的價格，我覺得算得上性價比非常好👍
