柏惠生活客棧(張家界天門山店)位於張家界市城區中心，位於天門山索道站、張家界火車站、中心汽車站附近，距離張家界荷花機場約800米。文昌閣公交站台就在客棧門口，乘車方便，交通便利。

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room was incredibly clean and looked exactly as it did in the pictures online. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, making for a relaxing experience. The owner was a true lifesaver. He went above and beyond to help us with our sightseeing plans in the mountain areas near Zhangjiajie. He booked all of our entry tickets and arranged for our transportation, which made navigating the area effortless. We truly couldn't have managed to see everything without his expert help. The room was kept spotless and quiet throughout our stay, with fresh towels provided daily. We highly recommend this hotel!

到了已經很晚了，老闆接待十分熱情，門鋪有點小但是進去很大的空間，門廊全是掛的老闆一家的生活照片，十分溫馨。酒店裡花香瀰漫，好評！ 最重要的是，酒店裡有兩衹超可愛的小狗，是老闆養的原來是流浪狗，狗狗超級可愛，性格也好，讓人摸。 房間很大，佈置的很溫馨，空調很好，唯一不足是馬桶有點堵，但是還好。 地理位置很好，在市中心，離天門山很近 總體十分滿意，下次還來！

Very helpful front desk staff who will come pick you up at the main road. They will give you a map and good recommendations for things to do in the city. The room was beautiful with a view of the river, two large beds, a living room area, and comfortable balcony chairs. There is also a foot massage place across the street for tired feet after a long day walking.

Che dire, senza l'aiuto del boss, molto abile con il traduttore simultaneo, non saremmo riusciti a organizzare la nostra gita al parco di Zhanjiajie, quindi altamente consigliato per gli occidentali che necessitano di un aiuto a districarsi tra i vari biglietti da acquistare. Inoltre la signora si è offerta di lavarci i panni e stenderli, anche questo molto utile in viaggi molto frenetici come il nostro. Posizione buona in città e complessivamente ottimo soggiorno!

This was one of the best stays I’ve ever had! The hotel owners treated me like family while I was there and helped me book all of my activities in Zhangjiajie at no extra charge. As a foreigner, they helped me with detailed instructions through a translator and even helped me book taxis and bus tickets to get where I needed to be. The room was very cozy and clean, and the location had many restaurants and shops nearby. Almost every day they gave me some fruit from their local garden and made sure I had an easy time navigating the area. It truly felt like staying with family, and I hope to return soon!

I absolutely loved this hotel, the bed was so comfortable and I had such a great sleep… I wish I knew where they got those pillows! It’s at street level, but totally separated… The only downside is that there are no windows, or at least there wasn’t in my room. But I was only there for one night so not so bad and also, it’s not like you’re in your room for that long anyway. Really enjoyed my stay!
