環境不錯，飯菜特別正宗好吃，比其他那些連鎖三下鍋好吃、正宗非常多。酒店位置也非常不錯，直接可以走中門，服務人員服務也很到位，需要改進的是房間空調聲音有點大，我太太休息不是很好。總體感覺還是非常不錯。酒店拍照很出片，服務員小姐姐還帶我們挖涼薯，體驗滿滿。

We loved our stay at the hotel. The staff did so much for us and a good stay in the national park that the review will be longer than usual. The rooms are super luxurious. The view from the hotel into the national park is amazing when waking up or for sunrise after spending the day in the park. All windows have mosquito nets, so during the night you can leave the windows open and enjoy the sounds of nature. We had breakfast and also stayed for dinner. Both were tasty and freshly cooked. We have seen that the hotel also has a huge garden for growing vegetables. Regarding the location to the park and after spending some days in the park, the south-east gate is the best for visiting the park as it is not very crowded and it is located in the center of the park with connections to all areas and very fast access to the bailong elevator. The staff helped us by choosing the right tickets and explained everything in detail and gave individual recommendations depending on our wished hike length. The communication was super easy, because they have a really good voice translation device, so that you can have a normal conversation with everyone and not only in English-Chinese. Every language works. I really liked it, because you can have normal conversations. So when visiting Zhangjiajie I highly recommend choosing the south east gate and this hotel.

Initially assigned to a room with facing a block of old houses. We expressed disappointment and staff subsequently upgraded us to a mountain view room. Could have offered that earlier as there were plenty of such rooms available. Breakfast was about the same every morning and I was badly bitten by mosquitoes we decided to cut short our stay. A shout out to Xiao Hong who was very helpful.

An incredible 3 days in the most idyllic setting. The location of the this hotel is up in the mountains, 5 minutes away from a very convenient Zhangjiajie National Park gate. It’s also only 45 minutes shuttle away from the Glass Canyon & Tianmen Mountain. 35 minute shuttle from Zhangjiajie High Speed rail station and Airport. These are the 3 attractions we visited and the itinerary was created and organised for us by the extremely friendly and helpful staff. They added us as friends on AliPay, booked all our tickets and transportation for us and made everything as easy as possible for us. Our advice would be to say yes to everything they recommend! The room was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Modern and natural design with a great view and every possible ‘mod-con’ available (electric toilet, curtains, projector, voice control etc). The National Park/Scenic Area’s were even more stunning than we had imagined. Each one requires almost a full day and there are no shortage of things to do and see in each one. In our opinion this is the perfect location and accommodation to visit Zhangjiajie various scenic areas.

My wife and I had a great stay at this beautiful guesthouse. The location is fantastic, in an idyllic village close to the central gate for the Zhangjiajie Forest Park. The staff were amazingly helpful, picking us up and dropping us off at the airport. The room was comfortable and clean; a nice feature being the projector and large screen to watch movies after a long day hiking. We ate one night at the hotel, and the food was great too. Would absolutely recommend!

El mejor hotel en el que nos alojamos en nuestro viaje en China. Excelente servicio y amabilidad de todo el personal, nos ayudaron a organizar las entradas a los parques y shows. El hotel tiene una vista espectacular, inmerso en la naturaleza. La comida hecha con ingredientes cosechados en su propio huerto y productos locales es una delicia Lo recomiendo ampliamente Además nos ayudaron a recuperar nuestro celular que olvidamos en el taxi que nos llevó del aeropuerto al hotel, ellos se encargaron de todo y a las.pocas horas ya lo teníamos de regreso. Los empleados cuentan con un productor en distintos idiomas que facilita la comunicación

我很少再網上評價的酒店民宿的，但這民宿真的很不錯，值得我動動小指頭寫寫小文章。這民宿環境優美，裡面乾淨衞生，又清靜，還有小別苑休息，坐著聊天，適合過來度假！房間全智能，聲控就可以解決所有問題，小孩子都喜歡。！民宿可以自己點菜吃飯，菜品豐富，味道好吃，省去在外面再找吃，遊玩回來，提前點好菜，回到民宿就可以來吃，不用捱餓等吃！下次有朋友來張家界，必須介紹這家！民宿工作人員態度很好，服務很周到，有問必答，接站搬行李，介紹攻略，可以推薦導遊給我們，走走很多彎路！

Soggiorno magnifico! Ci hanno fatto vivere 3 giorni da sogno in cui siamo stati coccolati con tutte le loro attenzioni. Abbiamo soggiornato in una stanza magnifica vista montagna, il personale è sempre stato gentilissimo e disponibile in tutto. Отель небольшой, но шикарный. Расположен в деревеньке Луунвэйба (Хвост дракона) в горах Улинюань в 10 минутах от центрального входа в парк Аватар. Кстати, на этом входе нет очередей на автобус по парку. Номер с прекрасным видом на горы, воздух чистый, тихо. Номер на голосовом управлении, модно с кнопок, очень просторный. Персонал отеля помог во всем - и забронировать билеты на все достопримечательности (комиссия невысокая), и вызвать такси на другие достопримечательности (Большой Каньон и Тяньмэньшань), до них из гостиницы около часа. Хозяева устроили для гостей бесплатный шашлык в китайском стиле. Отель новый, открылся в 2024 году. Трансфер бесплатный. Сделала видео номера, но сюда не загрузить. Это тот случай, когда картинка в приложении для бронирования полностью совпадает с реальностью и даже лучше. Единственное, так как отель находится в горах, покушать можно только там либо в кафе в деревне, еда у них своеобразная

We had the best experience ever at this hotel! It's located in a stunningly beautiful area, and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff welcomed us at the airport, and the service from that point on was nothing short of outstanding. Our room was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed—plus a few thoughtful extras. It was cleaned daily, with fresh towels always provided. The food was another highlight—breakfasts and dinners were consistently delicious, made from fresh, flavorful ingredients that really stood out. A very special thank you to Li Jin Ci at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and kind—she booked all our attraction tickets, arranged transportation for us, and patiently answered all of our questions. She truly made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. We loved this place so much, we decided to stay an extra day! If you're looking for a hotel that offers comfort, excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and warm hospitality, this is absolutely the right place. We can't wait to come back!
