The hotel was close to both Zhangjiajie Central Bus Station and Tianmenshan Cable Car Station. This and the hotel was very cheap were the reasons we selected this hotel as we knew we would check in very late and check out very early in the morning. However, with the cheap rate we expect that the room will be small, there will be less qualitative amnesties but not the level of cleanliness we saw. They have no focus for hygiene at all. Moreover, they are not responsive at all. We tried contacting them several times regarding their "Free Station Pick-up Service" (which is mentioned under their amnesties) but gave up and arrived on our own. Despite the cheap rate, the minimum standard should be maintained.
