Nuestra estancia en el hotel Ruke de Zhangjiajie ha sido estupenda. Exquisita. No sólo porque el hotel es precioso y muy confortable, sino porque todas las personas que nos han atendido mientras estábamos alojados allí son super amables. Te hacen sentir en tu propia casa. Tienen un servicio gratuito de lavandería que es estupendo y a media tarde, cuando llegábamos de las excursiones nos llevaban a la habitación unas bebidas y dulces muy ricos y sin ningún coste. También tienen un servicio para limpiar zapatos que no llegamos a utilizar, pero es muy útil cuando vuelves de las excursiones. Y sin coste! El personal es súper amable. Nos recogieron gratis en el aeropuerto en una furgoneta con asientos con masage y el dia que nos fuimos nos llevaron a la estación de tren. Estos dos trayectos son de 15 o 20 minutos a cada una de las estaciones. Y adivina... Sin coste! El desayuno es estilo chino, pero todas las tardes te dan un formulario personalizado para que elijas que quieres desayunar. Toda la comida estaba exquisita, aunque no estes muy acostumbrado a desayunar fideos o sopa. Nos ayudaron a planificar la visita al Parque Nacional de Zhangjiajie y a comprar las entradas online, y todo con una rapidez y sonrisa enormes. El trato ha sido inmejorable y tienen una gatita que pasea libremente por el hotel y es súper cariñosa. Nos recibia siempre en la puerta. No dudaría ni un segundo en volver. Nuestra estancia ha sido estupenda! Muchas gracias!!!!!

到張家界景區一定會需要連續住個兩三天來遊覽這座城市，一個舒適溫馨的酒店是必不可少的！我特別推薦張家界天門山索道店的「如可酒店」它具備了住宿房間的舒適以及服務人員親切的態度，適時的提供優質的服務，例如：一夜好眠的床（介紹是美國品牌大床）還有乾淨整潔的環境，房間廊道還有細節的房間佈置設計都能感受店家的巧思用心，這一切都讓你在「如可酒店」可以自在的享受回到家裡的熟悉感，特別是酒店的招財貓「如願」特別親人，生的4隻小崽也是酒店裡的寶！已將計畫再次回訪如可酒店，或許哪日能在大廳的圍爐旁幽靜的比鄰而坐，享受酒店提供優質的環境。

發自內心要給個五星好評，賓至如歸這四個字絕對實至名歸！剛下飛機就有氣質絕佳的帥哥來接機，路上會很有條理的給講解當地特色。到酒店有溫柔的美女來接待迎賓茶，紅糖薑茶掃去所有凡塵，從心裡感到暖洋洋的，可口的小點心，乾淨精緻。每天無論多晚回來都有人溫柔的接待，這種溫柔是一種親切的真誠，而不是那種充滿商業氣息的營銷，能感受到發自內心的溫暖。早餐也很豐盛，營養搭配非常科學養生。無論什麼時候來這裡一定還要住這裡，大大的愛心

這是我住過很多地方民宿裡，最像家的民宿，從進門貼心的服務，八旅行箱的輪子擦乾淨，給的一次性熱毛巾，熱茶，到房間的甜點，衣物烘乾，服務生的暖心服務，真的是超五星了，因為這家民宿，讓我記住了這個城市！

非常完美的一次入住體驗，酒店的特色之一是建築裝潢非常唯美精緻，讓人心情很放鬆。除了房間內飾上乘之外，大廳休息區也很美，是個休閑的好地方。員工非常有愛，在休息區收留一衹曾經的流浪貓，非常可愛，遊玩回來擼一把貓貓簡直不要太爽！另一特色就是酒店的服務，工作人員非常熱情好客，隨時準備可口的水果茶飲和小吃，讓住客有一種回家的感覺。房間洗漱用品高檔，耳塞、蒸汽眼罩等一應俱全，為夜晚的休息做好完美保障。酒店還有美味早餐服務、夜間洗衣服務、擦鞋服務，謝謝工作人員的貼心招待。還有就是比較喜愛全屋智能控制小愛同學和閨蜜機，懶人神器，快樂加倍。酒店位置優越，離天門山索道步行僅15分鐘，十分便利。以上這些都是張家界之行美好旅途的一部分。張家界很好，如可很好，下次還來！❤️

沒有選錯，美商很高的酒店。侘寂風格，每一處都被設計的很美麗。定酒店的時候用了升房權益，被升到一個很大的房間。每天都提供客製化早餐，種類挺豐富的，不夠的話還能再和酒店員工説一下，都會滿足需求。酒店離天門山索道站走路大概15分鐘，周圍還有不少餐廳選擇。服務也是很好的，張家界最近天氣變化大，衣服被淋濕了，酒店還提供了洗衣烘衣服務。第一次用這類服務，洗的很乾凈。滿分好評。

離天門山非常近，出行很方便，周圍吃飯購物也很方便，還有專屬的地下停車場，車位充足。尤其是服務簡直太好了，是住的所有酒店民宿中最熱情的，堪比海底撈級別的熱情，進門還有歡迎的茶點，定製的早餐。特別喜歡進住宿區域要換鞋的規定，使得整個房間區域都非常乾淨，而且還有擦鞋和洗衣服務，來天門山的話推薦大家過來住噢！

在天門山索道門口選了很久才訂瞭如可酒店，酒店非常溫馨舒適，設計非常精緻。服務一流，提供免費洗衣服務，恰逢中秋節，酒店的下午茶還用心送來月餅；早餐豐富美味，孩子們非常喜歡。返程的時候，酒店還安排車送我們去動車站！下次來張家界還住如可酒店！

I absolutely loved staying here. I wish I could stay even longer. It was a very comfortable, very cozy, and truly pleasant stay for 4 nights. I have traveled to 21 countries, and this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The decor and the ambiance is solid throughout every inch of the hotel. They put a lot of thought and care into the layout and decorations, and it's stunning. My room had a cozy little balcony too which was perfect for relaxing after hiking around the Zhangjiajie National Park all day. But the staff are what make this hotel truly exceptional. Every single staff member was genuinely kind and wanted to help me with everything. They reached out to me several days prior to my arrival to get my arrival details so that they could pick me up from the airport, free of charge. Every day they provided breakfast at a time of my choosing (scheduled in advance of the next day), and allowed me to select menu options. They offer both Western and Chinese breakfast options. Every day they also brought me snacks and tea. They were always genuinely happy to see me and to help me with anything. A good example: on my last day I was heading out to the nearest "Busy for You" to get some snacks for the train the next day, and it was raining a little. I didn't mind since the walk wasn't far, but one of the young gentlemen working there ran after me to hand me an umbrella. They genuinely care for their guests. They offer free laundry service which I recommend. My clothes came back clean and in perfect condition. The restaurant is by reservation only, so please schedule dinner with them in advance if you would like to eat there. Didi had no trouble picking up or dropping off at the hotel. The Tianmen Cabelway Station is about a 15 minute walk away. The 72 Wonder Tower is about a 15 minute drive from the hotel. I had originally considered staying closer to the Zhangjiajie National Park, to be able to get there quicker and avoid lines. However, I am so glad I stayed here. There is more food and things available in town than in/closer to the park. I took a Didi from the hotel around 6:45am to the park. It took about 45 minutes with a slow Didi driver lol, and I didn't have any issues with lines. (Zhangjiajie East Gate, week of Sept 12). I absolutely loved staying here. I wish I could stay even longer. I definitely recommend staying here!
