櫃檯人員非常熱情 位子離車站一小段大約10分鐘內，沒下雪很輕鬆，但遇到下大雪推著行李回車站就很痛苦了 房間非常舒服！ 有機會會再來

非常滿意，意外驚喜。從採爾馬特火車站出來，沿著主街按照導航很容易找到。酒店前台耐心細緻，辦理入住才發現給我們套房，非常人性化。房間大小適中，乾淨舒服。酒店早餐更加是意外驚喜，早上吃早餐時看到窗外的馬特洪峰，酒店就在山腳下，可以近距離觀賞馬特洪峰。

就是圖一的白色小房子了 房間挺小的 早餐還行蠻豐盛 在小鎮中間段的位置 靠近那個教堂了 性價比總體還行 採爾馬特酒店成片 可選擇的很多 不過能在訂房網站訂到的很少

とても綺麗なホテルでした。 駅からは遠くはなく歩けます。 設備はとても綺麗ですし、シャンプーリンスがちゃんとあった唯一のヨーロッパのホテルでした。 テレビでyoutubeも見れました。 受付の人は優しかったです。

Kein deutsch sprechendes Personal mehr - negativ. Man kommt sich vor wie irgendwo auf der Welt. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat sehr lange nur mit portugisischer oder spanischen Gästen sehr gesprochen wir wurden nicht beachtet, wahrscheinlich auch nicht geschätzt. Service im Restaurant sehr knapp gehalten sogar schon fast unfreundlich. Meine Pasta war leider auch sehr pampig. Wir hatten alle drei grosse Mühe ein- und durchzuschlafen nicht aufgrund der Bezten dondern wegen einem lästigen Geräusch dieses konnten wir aber alle nicht zuordnen. Der Receptionist sprach kein Deutsch deshalb haben wir es auch nicht erwähnt. Das Hotel ist sonst sehr schön und originell ausgestattet. Werde es leider kaum weiterempfehlen.

Fabulous hotel, contemporary styling but with a wonderful swiss chalet still. very helpful and friendly staff. Great central location and very clean! Breakfast selection was good, bread, fruits, pastries, meats and cheeses etc. No cooked/hot food at breakfast. A really brilliant stay, would love to return.

The room was small but cosy, though the value didn’t match the price. It was uncomfortably hot despite our attempts to adjust the temperature, affecting our overall comfort. Breakfast was simple and could be improved. However, John was professional and provided excellent service, which was a highlight of our experience. While there were positives, the stay didn’t fully meet expectations.
