前台先是花了二十多分鐘才找到我的訂單，然後又花了半天整理房間，因為等待時間太久，屋子給了升級，但房間的設施老舊，淋雨的排水堵住了，水根本下不去，衞生也不到位，床上有頭髮，就這樣一個酒店，一晚上房費要3800塊

物超所值！非常驚喜。 地理位置很方便，一出火車站就是了。 不確定是被默默升級了房型還是這個房型就是很大，雙人間有種小套房的感覺。 外面的陽台可以看到馬特洪的一角，房間裡有一個Marshall音響，看著對面的馬特洪山景聽音樂真的太有氛圍感了！ 唯一讓人猶豫的就是這個酒店在山下。如果想要看星空，或許住在馬特洪對面的山上會更方便。（這個酒店步行到view point大概20-30分鐘）

因為FOCUS沒有位置 前台推薦了這家酒店 特別年紀大的酒店 本來心慼慼 沒想到！非常出色！ 設施：游泳池 桑拿館 全部都有 衞生：非常優秀 環境：獨一無二 在步行街上 服務：工作人員盡力服務 餐食也很優秀 尤其烤豬扒 戰斧差一點點

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Very near the zermatt train station, just opposite of Macdonald’s. Breakfast had a good selection. Housekeeping would check in on you and offer free chocolates. The only feedback I have is the room didn’t provide English instructions on how to dial the concierge so I had to walk down to request for items.

That is the fantastic hotel in Zermatt; the service and facility are excellent, and the room has a good view of the mountain and Matterhorn. The price of the room is already included the swimming pool and gym and Sauna, that is the excellent price that gives you the service. I will book this hotel again.
