Nos asignaron la peor habitación que he visto en un hotel español. La cama muy pequeña y además estaba muy fría y no funcionaba la calefacción

No se puede utilizar apenas la bañera, no tiene tapón y hay que pedirlo en recepción. Aun así, tampoco sale agua del grifo haciendo que solo salga agua de la alcachofa de la ducha, tardando mucho en llenarse la bañera.

I made a mistake about the arrival day (month and a half) and after payed i asked to 訂房網站.com. And to the hotel to change date and no ones took care about. Only a notice about not refunda le payment.
