Low expectations since it is an old hotel. We were advised that there was complimentary shuttle service to the airport. Our flight was at 7am so we wanted to be picked up at 5am. 5:30am still no driver . We ended up renting a jeep.

The hotel was nice. I remember staying in the hotel decades ago when I was a child, so it was nostalgic. The hotel is relaxing and nice. The rooms (we stayed in the new building) we clean, nice and modern. The TVs were a bit basic though.
The restaurant has very long wait times but the food was really tasty. Unfortunately we actually saw a massive rat run past us in the restaurant. It weirdly didn't bother us too much though.
I'd still recommend staying at the hotel. It's conveniently close to the city and the airport. The rooms were nice and comfortable.

Good location and food. Service is also top notch. Parking is also not an issue.

All in all it was good because we got a room upgrade however the pool service is not that good. It is taking so much time before pool attendant will attend you especially the pool guy and my nephew almost got drowned but the pool guy was not even looking.

Service - call them for towels took more than 2 calls and 2 hours.
Breakfast buffet - can be better.

The place is in superb location, it is just few steps away from the airport and big Shopping Malls. The staffs are very polite and friendly. The breakfast food is good and reasonable. However I find it difficult to request for cleaners. We requested for cleaners early in the morning however until afternoon our room aren't cleaned yet. Overall I still recommend the hotel for business or leisure purposes.
