沒有熱水，白色的浴巾都變成黃色的了，床單上有一些小汙漬，退房的時候是12:35，然後告訴我們超了5分鐘，扣了我們200P的按金，唯一好的一點門口的保安服務態度很好，每次都幫忙開門，總體感覺較差

Not a safe hotel to stay in. One night there someone twisting the door knob in my room and it kept me awake the whole night. The room is not tidy and on the ceiling it seems like theres rat running around. Will not go back on this hotel.

Our original booking was for January 2023 but due to thunderstorm and flood in zamboanga we cancelled our 訂房網站 and requested to move it, for the 2nd time request of booking modification hotel still allowed us to rebook even though booking policy is non changeable and non refundable ❤️ The hotel is walking distance to canelar barter which great and walking distance to family fried chicken to grab delicious dinner. Bed is comfortable and new but the restroom needs to be repaired or should be well maintained. There is no room decoration such as painting or even lampshade to make it cozy 😅 TV has cable but bad reception, wifi - is I think a must in a hotel they have it but very weak and unstable in room. For breakfast, they serve it plated and only one menu per breakfast. I think they should have selectiona for those picky eaters. When you book with 訂房網站.com they wouldn't see your booking as booked by 訂房網站. Com you may ask them to check ******* booking For it's price exterior, location and bed is better compared to the other hotels in the area but maybe next time we'll try the other hotels with better amenities 😊❤️

部屋は広くて清潔だが、wifiはlobbyの近くのみ。 洗面所の蛇口の水が隨分細くて顔を洗うのにも時間が掛かったので、部屋の移動を頼んだら、翌日移ってもらうと言ったっきり無しの礫。Philipineの常なので、口にチャック。 ガラスのコップも殘念でした。 朝食buffetの野菜は煮込み時間が足りなかったのか、硬過ぎて噛むのに苦労しました。

The hotel offered the basic necessities. No frills. Value for money since they offered a decent buffet breakfast. They may improve on cleanliness in their rooms, specifically the bathroom.
