The hotel staff is very strict in terms of check in time, I arrived to the hotel at 1130am and they ask me if il do early check in, since there is extra charge I went out and leave my baggage in the hotel and I come back to the hotel at 0145pm , but I waited until 2pm then they let me check in to the reception at exactly 2pm. The room is clean but the bedsheet is dirty , there is a stain on the bed in all the corner .. kindly see the photos .

Cleanliness in this place is a forgotten words. A bit far from everything. You have to catch a pedicab. Room is very basic.

This is the worst hotel I had ever been in my whole 訂房網站 both local and internationals. When I arrived at their hotel, there is no even water offered to me and when I ask for lunch while waiting my time to check in, their restaurant was dirty. I saw flies and even the worst scenario when I ask to take out my left-over food, note: the left over is like 90% of my order since I don't have appetite to eat that time. The service crew came to me to ask if which type of food container, I am going to use if its Styrofoam or plastic cellophane (cellophane when you can usually see in the public vegetables market). I informed the crew that I am prefer for the Styrofoam however, the crew comeback to me and informed that I have to pay for it. I never stay even one night for that hotel, I let my staff to stay there until the checkout date since I already paid all the stay. I transfer to another hotel where I can feel convenient.

Hotel is clean and modern. Just need to improve on wifi coverage. Our room is located at the back. Wifi is slow to no connectivity at all. We asked the front desk if we can be transferred to rooms located in front (since we are working remotely and needs a high speed internet), but to no avail. However during our stay, we noticed that there are still vacant ROOMS in front. Breakfast if okay also. Location is good. Overall, it's a good hotel compare to other hotels in zamboanga.

The service is nice. Great hotel To stay. For improvement : the towels looks dirty white. For sanitation purposes. But over all the hotel is good place to stay.
