I went to zamboanga city to attend a wedding, i requested for a flat iron because our outfits needed repressing. It took more than 24 hrs and 3 calls/requests before i got an iron with burnt underside, so i ended up wearing a wrinkled outfit in the niqah ceremony. I was wondering maybe they have only one iron for the whole hotel? That’s lousy service in my opinion.

Perfect location—near everything! It takes about 15 minutes to reach the airport without traffic. The price is good, and breakfast is included. The room is quite spacious. However, the breakfast could be improved by serving it warm instead of cold. The check-in process could also be streamlined by eliminating the paper forms requiring guests to write and sign their names. Finally, the room's cleanliness, particularly the floor, needs improvement. Adding more channels to the TV would also be a welcome addition. I hope they also have hair blower.

Another ok stay at the EOB the room this time seamed to have some fresh paint on the walls, the aircon worked well, the fan in the bathroom didn’t sound like a 747 taking off. The let downs are the toilet was not cleaned properly each day apart from check in, the mirror in the bathroom is very dirty at hight, the shower head needs a really good clean and the towels on some days did not smell nice. Also the room has a smell it doesn’t smell fresh, however you don’t notice it after a few minutes. Lastly the floor need a good clean as it was still dirty each day after cleaning. This time no big bugs were seen. However the location to the mall is a good plus. WiFi worked very well this time. Staff are always friendly and try to help whenever you needed something. See you next time and see what you can continue to improve on.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the mall, shops and restaurants. Fast food in every corner but their breakfast buffet was really good. I enjoyed the variety of food served. What I didnt like is the noise. We stayed at room 317. We can hear the on going construction but it stopped around late night. The doors upon room entry are so close to the adjacent rooms that whenever there is someone knocking next door, you hear it clearly and thought the knocking was to your room. There was also a time when i taught someone was opening our door but it turns out it was the room next door. I didnt sleep well. However, the room is really nice and clean. The bed is really comfortable.
