Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption (Spät/Nachtschicht) ist einfach nur unfreundlich. Frühstück ist für den Preis gut. Das Haus wackelt, sobald die Tram vorbeifährt. Hotel ist mitten in der Stadt. Zimmer sind mega klein.

Hotel bien ubicado en el centro de Zagreb.
Habitación y cuarto de baño amplios. Personal agradable y desayuno correcto.
En la habitacion se escucha muchos ruidos de los tranvías.

Отличный отель на одну ночь. В центре, дают скидку в очень приятный ресторан по соседству. Единственный минус, вокруг трамвайные пути, может быть шумно по утрам, но я не заметил

I recommend this hotel as it is very well placed to wander around Zagreb. It is clean, very good breakfast and the staff not just friendly but very helpful. When you have had a wonderful holiday it is always easy to write a good review but my review is based upon yes a lovely holiday but it had to be cut short by five days - I got quite ill and had to return to London. The response by staff could not have been better or more kind. Not only did they help me get organised to leave but they also waived the cost of the 5 days. They did not have to do this but chose to help and support me. So I cannot speak more highly of this Hotel and its staff. And thank them so very much for making this difficult time more manageable fr me. So this review in not simple about the physical attributes of this very well placed hotel but evolves from the leadership and priorities of the Hotel and staff to fundamentally serve its customers.
