The hotel looks really spectacular from the outside. The location is also very nice and convenient. It is right next to the train station and there are various shops and restaurants around. The swimming pool, spa and sauna is relaxing and good. The hotel also provides luggage storage. However, the rooms inside weren’t comfortable at all, especially the cleanliness is concerning. The toilets had poo stains on, the sink had some vomiting looking stains on. The view is blocked, and we weren’t informed about this or given a choice to upgrade/change rooms when we checked in. The beds were very small and there is no socket next to the beds. Only one socket is available for visitors to use which was near the desk. There were very little food options in the breakfast.

Location is a bit tricky because it has two entrances. From train station on the pedestrian bridge, walk towarda ah supermarket, walk a bit more, go down the escalator. Room was large, very clean, super cute building, good transportation, many cafes and shops nearby.

地點優越.就在火車站旁邊.附近有很多小商店.有運河景觀小橋流水非常優美.而且附近有一家超市.還有很多餐廳.本身酒店就是一個景點.早餐非常豐富有三文魚

酒店本身就是當地的景觀打卡點，從贊丹火車站出來走不遠就到酒店，需要坐個電梯往下一層才能找到酒店入口。整體比較乾淨，但不提供一次性拖鞋，牙膏等一次性用品，也不提供礦泉水。 酒店早餐還可以，除了秉承歐洲酒店少熱食，沒青菜的特點外，提供煙燻三文魚，還有一些肉腸，煮雞蛋。對比酒店旁邊麥當勞6.5歐一個雞腿堡，酒店早餐性價比還是很高的。

酒店是樂高小鎮的地標性建築，房間寬敞、衞生整潔，且在第九層，視野開闊，景色很好。入住時沒提供免費瓶裝水和一次性拖鞋，水龍頭的水有時會忽冷忽熱，沒有其他缺點了。離贊丹火車站很近，旁邊就是購物一條街，特別方便，就算去阿姆斯特丹市區也就是不到半小時的事，早餐沒有體驗，不作評價。

This is my second time staying in Inntel. They are really in a good location. Here are my reviews according to the good and bad. Positive: 1. The location is perfect. Located at the Station Zaandam. Walkable distance. There are many shops nearby, like Albert Heijn etc. 2. The view from the hotel was very nice too. 3. Super friendly staff from the front desk. Negative: 1. Probably not hotel responsibility. But the escalator and elevator which access the hotel (outside the hotel) have not functioned for quite some time. As a tourist, mostly carried with heavy luggage, which caused inconvenience. 2. The design from the room and bathroom. There is a glass, so if someone goes to the toilet and turns on the light in the middle of the night. It was quite disturbing. If there was just a dim light it would be much appreciated. 3. The water power from the shower was quite weak. So kind of disappointed. But overall we still enjoyed a pleasant stay in Inntel this time.
