酒店靠近gala越後湯澤站，我們是從越後湯澤站打車過去的，大概2公里左右，酒店很漂亮，尤其是大門口被厚厚的積雪覆蓋，氛圍感滿分。房間都是獨立複式的，私家溫泉聽介紹説是酒店獨有的，每天就是無限循環泡澡。酒店都有提供雨靴，實在是太方便了，我們的運動鞋雪地靴出門沒多久全濕了，因為越後湯澤經常大雪，地上時刻都在噴溫泉水化雪。酒店唯一的缺點就是，退房時間太早了10點就要退，還衹有這一班擺渡車去車站。我們回來晚了，想要打車竟然叫不到車，小鎮都是電話叫車的，店員一直沒叫到，也沒有服務員幫忙把箱子推到山腳馬路上，最後我們衹能自己推著行李箱去車站，酒店下到馬路上的那段路是真陡啊，路滑，實在是個挑戰，還好當天天氣好，我們也不是很趕時間，就慢慢推到了車站。其他體驗都不錯，不過酒店價格是真高啊！過年期間沒辦法了！

出乎意料的好，酒店在湯澤小鎮的一座小山上，衹有四個房間，全部是複式樓中樓，有獨立私湯和按摩椅。私湯是無敵雪景，房間也可以俯視湯澤鎮和後面的雪山。工作人員服務態度也非常好，房間裝飾精緻，非常用心。

住在這飯店之前，我去住了日本的星野飯店，我單單用星野飯店的早餐跟這一家早餐的吃飯感受以及內容物來分別的話，這一家飯店真的打敗星野。而且又比星野便宜一半，還有這家飯店的熱情程度比星野來得更好，星野雖然所有的東西都很藝術很高級化，但是他是讓你有距離感，但是這一家飯店卻給你滿滿的溫暖以及共情。我的布鞋他都特別拿進去用烘乾機把它烘熱讓我穿著這個布鞋是溫暖的不會濕答答。這種飯店也不選的話，你還要選什麼？下次我有機會再去滑雪我一定選這家飯店，而且如果我的家人願意跟我一起的話，我會整棟把它包起來。至於要去滑雪租雪具的東西跟飯店說他會聯絡山下的店家，來接你去試穿，隔天早上帶你去滑雪場你滑完之後他把你帶回家條龍全部幫你包辨到底。

The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating 🥰 I truly enjoyed soaking in the private onsen while admiring the snowy scenery outside—it was such a peaceful and luxurious experience. Watching the snow fall made it even more relaxing. After a long day of snowboarding, the in-room massage chair was a wonderful treat that helped me fully unwind. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful complimentary items in our room, including free barley tea, canned beer, bottled juice, and sweets in the living area. Thank you so much for your exceptional kindness and courteous service. You truly made our stay extra special. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking 👍 We loved sightseeing and taking photos to remember our unforgettable visit to beautiful Niigata 💕

The staff embody the spirit of Japanese omotenashi—quiet, sincere, and always one step ahead of your needs. Because the property hosts so few guests, the atmosphere is calm and unhurried. You never feel like just another booking; instead, it feels as though the entire team is dedicated to making your stay exceptional. The dinner course is a highlight you simply cannot miss. It’s beautifully crafted, seasonal, and clearly prepared with great care. Just be sure to reserve at least two days in advance, as the kitchen prepares ingredients specifically for each guest. To my surprise, the overall experience here surpasses even some well‑known Japanese luxury brands like Hoshinoya. It’s more personal, more serene, and ultimately more memorable. A perfect stay for anyone seeking genuine hospitality and a peaceful retreat.

The best stay ever with exceptional service and super gorgeous room + private onsen. We enjoyed a complimentary welcome drink and dessert before they showed us to our room. The loft style japanese room was stunning, decorated with tasteful details. The best part was of course the onsen, we could watch snow as we enjoyed the soak. There was also a massage chair in the room haha. The breakfast that we added on was really delicious too. The hotel provides pick up service to and fro train stations nearby, make sure to check with them prior to your arrival. Something that warms our hearts is their quality service, e.g. they would warm our shoes before we head out as it was snowing outside etc. Location wise, it's very near to Gala Yuzawa station. However, I think most restaurants are closer to Echigo Yuzawa station. So we would take a short walk there every night for dinner instead.
