很乾凈，排屋很漂亮，傍晚還在校園裡吃了晚飯。感覺很好。房間裡有兩張床，非常舒適，還準備了紅茶和咖啡。

自駕游到約克已經八點了 就入住了這家家庭旅館 樓上樓下一共我看到五間房 房間還不錯 價格實惠 1號房挨著路邊 一晚上有車經過 辦理入住是我們給房東打電話 按照指導辦理的 還算順利

到店後房東以沒收到訂單拒絕開門，當時室外溫度零下，凍的直髮抖，跟客服溝通半小時未果，身體幾乎在凍僵邊緣，無奈找了其它酒店。

Room was nice and not too far walk from the city centre. But after checking my bank account the day after I noticed the hotel had taken £50.00 from my account. When I called to check, I was told it was a deposit to protect against damage to the room. I was not made aware this was being taken and did not give any authority for them to take the payment. I found this very concerning and I now have to wait a few days to receive the refund. So please be warned before booking..

Great check in, room was immaculate. grandchildren loved the room. lots of shops and cafe shops. A lovely pub opposite which serve’s lovely food. the only downfall is no breakfast

位置優越交通便利，火車站出門幾分鐘就走到了，酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服前台人員服務都很好，很主動，個人覺得性價比蠻高。
