前台人員非常熱情友好，主動介紹約克主要景點和餐飲，帶著我們一一瞭解酒店和房間內設施設備。可惜沒記住他的名字。不足的地方是樓下的道路上車輛的聲音比較明顯，睡眠質量不好的人要慎重，但是酒店也主動提供耳塞。

A wonderful hotel in York, just a 10-minute walk from the Minster. We loved the charming local bakery next door—fresh bread and delicious coffee every morning were a real treat. The host was incredibly friendly and gave us great tips on what to see around the city. The highlight was the well-equipped pantry, which made it easy to store food and prepare light meals during our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

It was a very pleasant experience. Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Tv has plenty of options like yourube and netflix and amazon price as well regular tv.

挺合適的民宿，訂的帶浴室的房型，價格稍貴一點，但還挺舒服的。早餐很溫暖，服務員小姐姐很贊～ 也可以寄存行李。 位置看上去偏，但約克不大到處走還是蠻方便的，到火車站步行距離，距離城牆入口、敏斯特以及肉鋪街都是步行可達。 附上週邊環境照片～

The price is affordable, the environment is nice, it's close to the city center, and the breakfast is good. However, there is no elevator, so guests have to carry their luggage upstairs themselves.

位於市中心，距離景點近，但距火車站較遠，需步行30分鐘左右。在酒店連續住了4天，前2天是連通浴室，後2天是獨立浴室，即浴室在臥室外，有點不太方便，但都很乾凈舒適，樓梯窄，早餐是份飯，好吃但量少。

We found The Cresent to be a little tired. But then we found out that it had changed owners 6 day’s prior. So yes it is a little tired, but he was very helpful and informative. The rooms are what you would expect at this price point. They are tired and dated, but warm and we slept well. The breakfast was a let down but again for the price what do you expect.
