天泉客棧在芙蓉古鎮內（芙蓉古鎮是芙蓉鎮的一部分）有5家民宿，瀑布樓地處大瀑布正對面懸崖民居建築群落的山體突出部，整棟建築為背街面瀑的三層獨棟小樓，後接古街，前臨瀑布，兩層陽台均可盡收古鎮瀑布於眼底；臨瀑房內，斜倚床幃便可攬瀑於懷。客棧的核心理念是“家的感覺，用心去做，知行合一”；客棧全部規劃設計、用料選材、功能配置，一切都從“家的感覺”出發，每個細節都為“家的感覺”。為體現“家的感覺”，客棧刻意取掉前台等功能區，配置休閒陽台、茶室、洗衣房等。客棧推行“無人駕駛”管理模式，除配備管家為客人提供客房和聚會服務外，其他員工均不駐店。客棧設施一律選用高檔配置，有慕思3D床墊、慕思防潮床被、如魚得水窗簾、TOTO潔具、摩恩花灑龍頭、宜家擺件、西門子洗衣機、全實木傢俱、滋源洗髮液、多芬沐浴液、滴露洗手液、seven plus（一次性飯店高端用品品牌）。芙蓉鎮分古鎮外、古鎮內未亮化的不收費區域、古鎮內已亮化的瀑布灣收費區域，古鎮店（惠然樓）、東門樓（儲秀樓）這兩個樓在古鎮內未亮化的不收費區域；江景樓（承遠樓）、庭院樓（曲徑軒）、瀑布樓這三個樓在古鎮內已亮化的瀑布灣收費區域，天泉客棧在芙蓉古鎮外無樓無店。

定的這間房觀景視野完全無遮擋，隨手一拍不用加濾鏡，發朋友圈被問爆地址，衞生也遠超預期，乾淨整潔，細節處滿是用心，浴室乾濕分離，住得特別舒心，停車場也特別近，想要了住得舒服又能拍遍美景，選擇這家沒錯啦

推窗就是瀑布，白天青山綠水，夜晚枕著潺潺水聲入眠，瀑布的水聲簡直是天然的白噪音，房間乾淨整潔。新中式實木裝修，管家的服務也很貼心，絕對是還是二刷的寶藏住處

Great stay at Tianquan Inn and was very impressed with the pre-arrival service. The hotel room was spacious for our family of 4, and the view from the room was even better than advertised. The hotel staff arranged transportation for us from the train station and also dropped us back. The driver and hotel staff helped carried our bags to and from the hotel as it was a short walk through the town to get there. A very good stay overall, highly recommended!

We had a great time here, the view at the waterfall facing room is so beautiful that we didn’t want to leave the window table, we sat there the entire night having take away food and drinks until the lights turned of at midnight. Most beautiful view we have ever seen at a hotel and we do travel a lot. The staff were very nice and helpful, they picked us up from the railway and dropped us off. They gave us a bottle of wine and some cute roses because we were there for our honeymoon. We would love to come back!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Einen Tag vorher wurden wir kontaktiert, wann wir per Zug anreisen damit eine Abholung organisiert wurde. Auf der Fahrt zum Hotel fährt man durch eine Kontrolle, hier hält der Fahrer an und man muss selber mit seinen Reisepässen die Eintrittskarte für die Stadt kaufen. Die Karte ist dann 3 Tage gültig und man kann beliebig raus und rein. Einen Tag vor Abreise wurde ein Termin zur Rückfahrt zum Bahnhof vereinbart. Über wechat wurden uns Informationen gegeben. Die Lage war toll. Die Aussicht ist konkurrenzlos. Besser geht es nicht. Man muss natürlich beachten, das neben einem Wasserfall und im Naturgebiet auch Insekten vorkommen. Ist aber kein großes Problem. Ein Wasserfall ist übrigens auch laut. Muss man mit klarkommen oder sich Ohrstöpsel geben lassen. Sauberkeit war eigentlich gut, es gab keinen Rauchgeruch. Lediglich das Bad könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Danke für die tolle Erfahrung!

Habitación con la mejor vista de la cascada. Aunque un poco anticuada cumple con las expectativas. Ademas de tren y te recogen de la estación de Tren si avisas con tiempo. Es muy recomendable ya que està en el casco antiguo y llegar es complicado. El personal muy amable. Nos ha encantado

Beautiful scenic location right beside the waterfall. The soothing sound of the water made for a peaceful night, and the night views were absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. They even allowed us to upgrade our room at no extra cost. Would definitely come back.
