The location is quite good, right next to JR Tsurumi Station, with a supermarket and convenience store downstairs. The cleanliness is average, and if you choose not to have the room cleaned, towels will not be replaced proactively.

酒店位於兩個鐵路站之間，位置非常方便，樓下有百貨公司有便利店，附近亦有大量食肆。房間舒適，空間較一般酒店闊落。

This hotel has reduced its price during the Japanese public holidays. It's not a tourist city and there are no business travelers. It's very convenient for tourists to stay for one night. It takes less than 30 minutes to get to Yokohama and Tokyo.

飯店位置就在JR車站旁，對面是京急車站，無論往機場還是要往東京或橫濱，交通都非常方便。櫃檯人員親切有禮，有免費咖啡機與茶包可以取用，個人用包裝的清潔保養用品種類繁多，有棉花棒及髮圈，泡澡粉有四種可挑選。房間乾淨舒適，25吋、29吋行李箱可以全開攤平，電視螢幕比其他商務飯店大很多，浴室熱水溫度穩定，水壓正常，無可挑剔，可列入常用名單。

很不錯的酒店，就在鶴見站的旁邊，非常方便，離橫濱站衹有三站，往來非常方便。酒店旁邊就是個大型商場，附近還有葯粧店和各種餐館。房間也不小，平時過來價錢衹要三百多，早餐是給的樓下星巴克的餐券，摺合人民幣60元/人，感覺性價比非常不錯。值得推薦。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JR-East Hotel Mets Yokohama Tsurumi, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers looking to explore Yokohama or needing easy access to Tokyo. Being right next to Tsurumi Station makes it incredibly easy to get around without relying too much on taxis or long walks. The room itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Though not overly spacious, it made efficient use of space, ensuring a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. What stood out most was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety of both Japanese and Western options, which was a great way to start the day. If I had to find any fault, it would be that the hotel is located in a quieter part of Yokohama, which might not suit everyone's taste. However, for me, it added to the charm and made for a peaceful retreat after busy days of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend the JR-East Hotel Mets Yokohama Tsurumi for its comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. It offers excellent value for money and is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the Yokohama area.
