The room is clean and tidy.. but I've requested twin beds. Instead, they gave me a king bed type.. but it's okay.. other than that, everything is good.

Male receptionist not helpful to resolve water issues in the hotel. 1 room was bad because the water runs out black and dirty. We had to call the manager to resolve but it took us a lot of effort to resolve. We are not the emotional type but his unfriendly attitude make us angry and impatient. Sorry please train your front desk people because they are the first time we meet. I request for twin bed, he said I did not request. Attitude problem front staff, the male staffs.

Location is good. Beside a small mall and also near to 1 of the popular restaurants. Room is quite spacious and clean.. but the air con was a bit hard to control - too cold if we on the fan even to the lowest; seemed like no ventilation when we off the fan. The comforter was not very thick so it was still freezing for us when we had the fan on. But overall still a good stay.

酒店電梯比較小，好像衹能乘坐5人還是6人，所以每次要等的時間有點久。但是酒店地理位置很好，距離網紅本地印尼餐廳走路可到。酒店所在的那條街，我感覺是是日惹市區內比較好的街道里，綠化、燈光，還有中國春節的小燈籠。
