Not worth for 3 star hotel. the room is old. Bed linen has stain. Smell, and toilet have mold, need to renovation. 5th Floor is dirty also have a big hole on the wall, the just put jobs picture to cover that hold.

The hotel is nice as described and the room price is worth getting of clean and comfortable room. Air condition is cool and perfect. A lot of food nearby, especially in the evening after 09.00 pm, mostly of the shop have closed. It's very close about 10 - 15 minutes to Malioboro a popular are in Yogya by using car.

As long as I stay in this hotel everything it's under expectation bed linen was stain, damage, smell, washbasin block. I hope the management need to focus on it, for the staff it was good 👍, thanks
