Firstly, the staff was friendly, helpful and very cooperative..location distance around 1-2km from malioborro street with some amenities.the room given with balcony but the funny thing is the balcony was blocked view and unable to enjoy the balcony because it's very near with AC compressor so it's very hot..

Room Is cleaned without any bad smell, shower water is hot, TV got many different channels, got small fridge and safe. All people working in the hotel are very friendly and easy to communicate in English. Location is about 20 minutes walked from Jalan Malioboro and Plaza Malioboro. Breakfast variation is limited, but it's enough for us. Overall, it's a pleasant stay for us.

Had a pleasant stay at Ayaartta. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. And the room was clean, with housekeeping tidying up everyday without fail. As for the size, it was adequate, a normal sized room similar to other hotels. I would say that all the staff (from the front desk, housekeeping, and the restaurant) were really courteous and helpful. It was service with a smile all day. The hotel is situated on a very busy main street about 15 minutes walk from Malioboro Street. Getting around was very easy as Grab rides were readily available. I also noticed bus stops nearby which makes it convenient if you want to try the bus services. Overall, it was more than worth the money paid. Dont expect too much though as this is not a luxury hotel.

Pertama kali menginap disini. So far dari segi fasilitas cukup, kebersihan kamar kurang, masih banyak rambut & debu, sarapan standart, ngga banyak variasi. Linen, duvet buluk, ngga putih bersih.

Hotel nya strategis sekali dekat titik nol kilometer, staf ramah , menu sarapan juga lumayan enak, saat kemarin menginap Karena banyak tamu jadi sempat kehabisan piring & mangkuk serta gelas masukan saja sediakan garpu besar Saran juga untuk tisu dikamar lebih baik diganti yang lebih lembut lagi karena kwalitas tisunya kasar Satpam juga ramah okelah Recommended untuk bisa menginap lagi ..
