1. Overall poor hygiene experienced. 2. Rat shits were found all over the balconies the moment we stepped in the rooms. First impression was, the rooms looked like abandoned and not maintained in a while. 3. Torn clothes and remains of broken items like plastic chairs, utility tools etc. found all over the property especially where swing was installed. The look and feel were not good. 4. Linens given looked to be old and spotty. 5. Poor quality shampoo sachets were provided in the bathrooms. 6. Complimentary breakfast was Ok. 7. Staffs behaved nicely.

Very good hotel. The staff is very friendly. Food is very tasty. The hotel is near the lake and at the prime location. we stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our experience.

The property was clean and was very near to the lake. The staff were kind n helping. Food was homemade n good overall a nice stay.

The property is near the lake and easy to reach, good ambience and staff are polite and helpful. I took a deluxe room, i feel the price is high, but it was a nice stay, only thing is you need to checkout at 9. 30 am. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth.

It was a nice stay in this hotel, staff and personal who is responsible was awesome and cool. I heard about this from my friends who stayed here earlier. Food was tasty with home touch. Atlas t their service was super. Good place to stay in yercaud with your family and friends.
