Tgi kairos hotel ambience is very good, a calm and quiet place, just away from the city life. Only thing that can be improved is the service. The service is quiet delayed, specially for food and all.

Rooms were good. But service were poor. It took 2 hrs to get rooms ready after arrival at hotel. Food was pathetic and response time to serve food during lunch at 4pm was extremely slow. When the crowd was negligible. Room had multiple spiders that too in luxury suite. Location was excellent. But for food we had to look for other restaurants in nearby resorts.

Rooms are neat and clean. Excellent stay here. Ambience is good. Good place to relax. Climate is so chill in november, we didn't use ac at all. Also, couldn't use swimming pool due to cool weather. Room service available. If you are bringing senior citizens, take ground level villa and not opt for rooms as you have to climb stairs.

The customer service is poor and the food needs to be called from mobile and ordered and the problem is no signal. There is so much of network problem and internet issue which the management need to work on. Kettle is not working for hot water. Ok
