The hotel was definitely overwhelmed with being full on the days we stayed. The room service was quite slow. They were trying their hardest to be responsive, but didn't seem like they were adequately staffed. The pool looked terrible and we certainly kept the kids away from it.It's a nice place rooms are clean. Towels need to be replaced they were yellowish stained or smelled oily probably used in spa. Otherwise no complaints. Hot water available all the time. Buffet is decent for the price. Car Parking adequate. We used the connecting double bedroom 2 rooms for 4 people - balcony views are limited there was a house next to us in first floor. No valley view.

A decent option given the lack of quality resorts at Yelagiri. But the overall experience has to go a lot up. Food can be better at the restaurant, breakfast buffet has good options, but lunch/dinner buffet menu is relatively limited. Swimming pool can be matained better, but otherwise the activities options are good enough.
