本來定了一天想去蒲甘，這是又續訂的一天，整體來説服務是最大的填分項，所有人雖然語言溝通有點問題，但是一點都不會不耐煩，總是微笑耐心著回答

前台服務人員和經理非常專業熱情，我們到的比較早，房間也已經準備出來讓我們提前了一會辦理入住，早餐很好吃，餐廳服務人員很周到，很推薦的一家酒店

사진찍는거 좋하는 사람들에게 최고의 호텔 전구역이 포토존임 조식은 종류가 많지않음 모기가 좀 있음. 거슬릴정도는 아님 한두마리 정도? 잘때는 모기장에서 펴서 자면됨 방음이 잘 안됨 옆방소리는 잘 안들리는데 밖의 소리는 적나라하게 들림 열쇠로 여는 문임 컨셉 유지하기 위해 한것 같은데 방음 문제로 다음에는 예약하지 않을예정 방음문+카드키로 교체하면 진짜 퍼펙트한 호텔임 직원들의 친절도는 최상급임 호텔내 레스토랑 메뉴에 스테이크 없음 참고바람

服務很貼心，安排我們提前入住，並給予出行建議。員工熱情有禮。送了水果和飲品。室外環境極佳。設施稍有些老舊。淋浴和浴缸沒能分開。開門時房間有點黴味。

溫故知新！ 継続は力なり！ 最新のホテルも良いが、歴史ある、ベルモントカバナーズレジデンスのフレンドリーで気が利く対応が素晴らしく、緑と木と建物の景観も素晴らしく、部屋の內部、ベッド、ソファー、洗面所、トイレ、特に広く、綺麗で熱いお湯が出るバスタブが最高で、朝食も最高でコーヒーも美味しく頂けます。悽くお気に入りになりました、ありがとう、再訪致します。

房間很大，很寬，真的很適合入住，像在森林裡的房子，服務也很到位，推薦大家入住這款酒店，還可以看孔雀🦚
