The only problem I faced was 1 of the 6 nights I booked online was not registered with the hotel on Trip .com. That was rather strange, since I had a confirmed & paid document in black & white.

This hotel exceeded expectations with exceptional customer service—staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to help. The room was spotless, with well-maintained amenities that made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Every detail reflected care and quality. A truly pleasant experience that I would happily recommend to anyone seeking comfort and hospitality.

After nearly a decade away, I finally found myself back at this hotel—and what a welcome return it was. From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the moment I reluctantly rolled my suitcase out for the airport, the experience was nearly flawless (with just one teensy quibble—I’ll get to that in a bit). Check-in was smooth as silk, made even sweeter by the offering of fresh watermelon juice. A delightful touch! I did encounter a minor hiccup with my luggage—it took a while to reach my room, and I had to ring the concierge to investigate its whereabouts. But the porter was so genuinely apologetic, I almost wanted to apologize for bothering him. Guilt level: Catholic nun. Now, onto the room. It was wonderfully spacious, and while the decor still whispered “vintage business 訂房網站,” it was undeniably comfortable. In a world of modern hotels where rooms are the size of a generous walk-in closet and the lighting feels like a moody art installation, Parkroyal proudly remembers what hotels are supposed to be: roomy and restful. Would I have loved a USB charging port near the bed? Yes. Did I survive without it? Also yes. The one area that could use some serious love was the bathroom—more specifically, the shower bathtub combo. The tub had some visible mould on the floor, the shower head had a bizarre crush on the wall (refusing to face the actual human in the tub), and the toilet flush was positioned so low I wondered if it was designed by a committee of hobbits. Tall guests or elderly folks may need a bit of acrobatics to reach it. That said, the rest of the bathroom was perfectly functional. My room faced the swimming pool, which looked inviting, though I skipped it in favor of the gym—and what a gem it was. Not only did it feature the usual suspects (treadmills, dumbbells, etc.), but it also boasted a yoga area, TRX setup, rowing machine, and even a vertical climber. It felt more like a premium fitness club than a hotel gym. Breakfast deserves a standing ovation. A buffet that goes beyond the usual suspects, offering everything from local delights to Western staples, plus Japanese, Korean, Indian, and Chinese options. I may or may not have returned for seconds. And thirds. In short: would I come back? Absolutely. It’s a comforting mix of old-school hospitality with just enough modern touches. A charming classic that knows what really matters.

위치도 좋고 직원들이 너무너무 친절합니다. 조식도 너무나도 괜찮고 방도 크기도 크고 정말 만족합니다 양곤에서 이 정도의 가격이면 정말 좋은 거라고 생각합니다

喫煙可能な部屋でしたが、部屋の匂いも気にならなかった。 広々とした部屋で満足しました ベッドもキングサイズで◎

출장 6박 위치는 시내에 있고 깔끔하나 조식이 비쌈

Everything is still perfect to me for short term staying. Good service and friendly staffs. Various choices of breakfast and tasty. Room is great, clean and cozy.

位置還行，靠近最大的購物中心和昂山市場，以及按摩店，附近的早市值得走一走。房間基本上除了需要自帶梳子也是一應俱全。聽説開了20-30年了，酒店的早餐也不錯，每天基本不重樣
