酒店雖然有點老舊，微微有些破敗感，但八晚住下來還是很滿意的。 1️⃣帶的晚餐很好，套餐每天不同樣，很有誠意 2️⃣溫泉很好，能看到山谷景觀，乾淨不擁擠，水質和溫度都很好，每天去兩次 3️⃣服務人員都很友善，儘管他們英語不是那麼好，但都很樂於助人，不管是餐廳的還是前台的，都很棒 4️⃣滑雪屋出門就是纜車，可能是志賀高原離纜車最近的住宿了

一泊兩食質素好。傳統和式房間及景色優美。職員服務優質。可惜我住的廁所渠管有氣味滲漏問題，主要是滑雪比較少留在房間所以無麻煩換房，建議檢查清楚。

Excellent location next to ski lift at Sun Valley. 3 mins walk to the local bus station with buses going to Nagano Station direct (express service) or Yudanaka station. Room and bath room (2 basins and 1 sink) are spacious - we had 3 futons and 2 single beds for our family of 5. They may be a little dated but very clean. Room has a view to outside snowy forest during our time. Highlights of our stay: Half board meals - authentic Japanese! Big portions and lots of pretty and dishes served! Free coffee everyday in late afternoon. Service was impeccable - the front desk lady (very friendly and excellent service disposition) , and the elderly folks who served in the restaurant - thumbs up!

We really enjoyed our stay at Shiga Kogen Sunvalley hotel. It's only a 20 mins bus ride from the Snow Monkey Park. The bus stop (S15) is about 100m away but when it's heavily snowing, it could be a little difficult to pull your luggage across the road. During the winter season, there's a free shuttle bus that takes you around the different resorts. The hotel also has ski rentals and the pricing is very reasonable and convenient for hotel guests to pickup and drop-off. The onsite onsen and sauna is clean and well maintained. We had breakfast included - food selection is good with a mix of Western and Japanese cuisine. Dinner required reservation and you have a choice of Japanese set course, or a casual course. Usui and the team really know how to provide great hospitality and we really enjoyed our stay.

2nd time here. A lot busier this time round but glad to see that they have upkept standards. The room I chose this time was too small so will get the larger one next time

staff is super friendly and funny. Decent breakfast and dinner. Japanese room replicated the original Japanese style.

Lovely stay in sun valley. The part time staff Kotaro and Masuda were incredibly friendly and helpful and made my stay very comfortable. The receptionist Usui was also very very supportive through the stay and remembered the small details which made me feel impressed by his service. The prices of beginner rental skis were a little steep however.

Stayed at this hotel recently, overall everything was good. The room was clean, and the staff was polite and helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth, no issues at all. The location is convenient, with everything you might need nearby. Breakfast was fine, with a decent selection. The hotel was quiet, so it was comfortable to sleep. Housekeeping was done regularly. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Good value for money. Would consider staying here again if we come back to the area.
