This is the worst hotel I've stayed in while visiting Japan; the location is extremely remote, there are no basic facilities, the staff won't help with luggage, there are no smart toilets, there are a lot of mosquitoes around, the rooms are damp, the facilities are old and outdated (at least 20 years old), there are bugs in the rooms, which is probably why they don't allow changes or refunds; all the advertisements for this hotel are misleading, so I changed hotels the same night. 日本に何度も來ましたが、これは最悪の経験のホテルです。ホテルの場所は非常に遠隔地で、インフラは何もありません。スタッフは荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれません。スマートトイレはありません。周りに蚊がたくさんいます。部屋は非常に溼っています。設備は古いです。少なくとも20年以上、部屋に蟲がいます。だから彼は返品や変更を許さないのでしょう。このホテルの広告はすべて噓だからです。私は一晩でホテルを変更しました。工作人員不會幫我搬行李，酒店設施老舊，沒有智能馬桶，房間潮溼，房間內里有蟲子，我沒有入住，連夜換了酒店，來日本這麼多次，這個應該是體驗最差的酒店，酒店位置很偏，幾乎沒有任何基礎設施，前台看你搬行李會視而不見，不是智能馬桶，周圍蚊蟲很多，房間很潮溼，設施老舊，至少20年以上，房間里可能會有蟲子，這可能就是他不讓退改的原因吧，主打的就是坑一個是一個

Fuji mountain is beautiful,it was an unforgettable night in hotel,it’s not far from swan lake,just 1.2km. I recommend you go there in the morning to watch the sunrise.Hotel is not large but clean,we get fluent communication in every time we need ,such as calling a taxi etc. by the way ,don’t approach too late because there will be no public transportations to reach here including taxi.

L’hôtel est effectivement vieillissant mais reste charmant ! Il propose des chambres typiques japonaises et des chambres avec lits et toutes sont bien rangées et bien entretenues ! Le gérant de l’établissement est adorable et très arrangeant. Le petit déjeuner est correct ! La soupe est un régal ! Attention car le restaurant ne propose pas de dîner (en tout cas durant notre séjour). Le seul point négatif, la distance avec le « centre » mais des bus passent régulièrement (sauf le soir !).

下次肯定不會再訂了，代理定的時候很快，但是之後有問題的時候，遲遲不回信店鋪那邊也是，打電話過去商量看能不能給取消，對方確認了下名字之後説沒問題，結果轉頭給扣了百分之八十，説是違約金無語了，打電話的時候你就算提一句會產生違約金的話，我也會重新考慮要不要退呢啊就算是要扣錢最起碼也得跟我説一聲，讓我知道一下啊，什麼都不説硬扣，這錢也太好掙了吧
