Good location in Zao ski village - just opposite the bus terminal. Friendly and helpful staff, though speak very little English. We chose breakfast and dinner, pre-select from the menu. Both breakfast and dinner are delicious! Free transport is provided to ski lifts hourly. We have tatami room for 3 persons, quite spacious and great view from the window! Very warm and comfortable place to spend for few days.

酒店在巴士站對面，走出車站過馬路就是，非常方便。走路10分可到䌫車站，酒店亦有車接送住客到䌫車站，早餐及晚餐也美味豐富。

比較舊的傳統和式溫泉酒店，服務態度極佳，酒店人員在我泊車期間已經下來接待。餐飲一般，房間不算新但空間感十足，窗外能看到一片遼闊紅葉美景。溫泉很不錯，也提供住客一小時免費私湯。

Absolutely lovely place. At first I thought I'd be uncomfortable with how spaceous the room was (I'm a very jumpy solo traveller), but the room was just so comfy with an excellent view. The heater was a bit hot, but there was an electric fan too, so all was great. The hotel allows you to have a free 50 minute private bath each night, and the private baths are amazing, able to accommodate up to five persons and with windows to let in the light and stuff. Excellent onsen water -- very acidic and very hot. Takes some time getting used to the heat, but once you do it's a heavenly experience. There are also public baths (free of charge) that you could enjoy throughout the night and into early morning (they're closed for cleaning only during 9-12 in the morning), one indoor and one outdoor, both connected to one another. The outdoor one is a bit small, but it's so refreshing to be able to flee from the stifling indoor onsen to enjoy the crisp winter air while soaking up in the heat.

酒店就在巴士總站正對面，地理位置不能再好了！酒店提供一次免費的私人湯屋，感覺一般，但是隔天去用了大眾露天溫泉，反而是更好的選擇！到了晚上藏王附近沒有什麼商業活動，餐廳選擇也不多，待在酒店用宴席料理是比較好的選擇

酒店職員溝通用翻譯機，所以言語交流是沒問題，安排也很細緻，會把用餐時間和預約免費私湯時間列清楚在紙本上，酒店有接送車往藏王纜車站，我們是先上冰樹高原玩才去酒店，因大風雪及有大行李，咖啡店員替我們叫酒店車來接我們，非常好。是囯家認證的天然溫泉，有大浴埸及私湯(住客可免費使用一次)體驗很好，泡露天溫泉看著飄雪，很美。但溫泉地滑，妹妹滑倒撞到，步行要小心。

目に見える場所は綺麗ですが、飾ってある絵の額縁の裡などには埃がびっしりでした。場所はバスターミナルの目の前にあり、どこに行くにも便利で良かったです。館主さんや中居さんも気さくに対応してくださり、いただいたマップは観光に役に立ちました。4つある貸切風呂のうち、１つを無料で使用できました。寢湯を體験したのですが、酸の強いお風呂でとても気持ちよかったです。タオルも十分にあり、浴衣も清潔でした。部屋の溫度調節が少し難しかったです。
