地點非常好，在山形JR車站出口往左走2-3分鐘就到了，離去藏王的1號巴士站很近，去霞城公園也是1公里內，走路就可到，房間乾淨又大，雖然有點年代，但維護的很好！注意～報到櫃檯在3樓，去的時候要注意看，以免像我一下子找不到。

有點年代感復古小旅館，就在山形車站步行不到五分鐘，位置很好！ 吹風機在check-in會發給旅客，簡單的房間沒開燈，把檯燈拉開感覺就還不錯

Patient and efficient front desk services, efficient for check in and out procedure. Restaurant located at 1-3 floor, very convenient. Also, JR , Shinkansen station nearby, big shopping mall and department store at top of JR station. Good and convenient.

駅からとても近くて便利だった。 部屋は綺麗で料金も安くてよかった。 たた、、預かっていただいた荷物がエントランスにある誰もが觸れる傘立ての上に置かれただけだった點は少し心配だった。

フロントの方の対応がマイナスです。 何度も呼び鈴を鳴らしても出て來ず、TVを観ているのか居ることはわかっていました。出てきた対応も素っ気なく、タバコ臭いのもダメでした。 使い古しのスリッパはあり得ません！ 駐車場はわかりにくくて、結局コインパーキング利用しました。安くても二度目の利用はないです。

As a foreigner who has lived in this Country for 38 years I find it very offensive in this day and age for hotel staff to look at me as if I have fallen off a UFO, and be jumpy in my presence at first sight. THAT was the beginning of the nightmare stay in this hotel. Old, unfriendly, with practically no electrical plugs available in the room. The bed was a nightmare as well.... impossible to sleep in such a mattress, and the pillow was so flat it didn't even serve as a pillow. I will never stay again in this hotel. Then again, you get what you pay for, but this hotel wasn't even worth THAT fee. I was so angry that couldn't even be bothered to take photos of it.
