Airline sent my missing luggage to hotel, but hotel tell me after I left, even I told reception my luggage lost and no much clothes. After I were back home, I received email from hotel that my luggage remained in hotel, But hotel refused to send luggage to airport luggage lost office, airline refused to took my luggage because they had send to hotel, the case of luggage lost was closed. Airlines promised to send the luggage back to my country,but hotel need to return the luggage to airline luggage lost in airport. Since i am in thousands of miles away now, i am not able to get contact information of airline luggage lost officer, But it is easy to reach them by going to lanzarote airport arrival, it a small airport. I am still fighting for my luggage with hotel and airline baggage lost…

We had a nice clean appartement which was very spacious. The bed is really good, very soft and we slept like babies. Bathroom was nothing special but clean which is the most important thing. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side. (8,- for 2 small orange juice). The staff was friendly. We would’ve liked to stay longer but unfortunately it was fully booked. The only downside was the 100,- borg that has to be payed with creditcard as we didn’t have one but we got the appartement anyway. I recommended this place to others if they’re looking to relaxed without the screams from tourists.
If you read this as a tourist please keep this beautiful island clean and show your respect. (We walked around with an empty bag picking up trash along the road)

The property itself was okay overall, house was spacious, reasonably clean, and having a washing machine was a plus. the reception staffs were friendly and helpful during checkin.
Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by a dispute after my stay. I was charged an additional fee for allegedly using a “second bathroom” that was not included in my booking, given that:
1. The booking details DID NOT specify how many bathrooms were included
2. Both bathrooms were unlocked, clean, and accessible. As a guest, we had no reasonable way of knowing that one of it was supposedly excluded
3. The hotel insisted that the “second bathroom” was “secured” by their maintenance team and claim that we had accessed it “without authorization” . However, from a guest perspective, both bathrooms appeared equally accessible to us, and they were located right next to each other. Even today, I still have no idea which bathroom was supposedly restricted. If a bathroom was not intended for guest use, at least a sign, notice, or lock would have prevented this. we will respect as long as it is not for us to use.
We also escalated this to 訂房網站, thy also confirmed that the booking details did not specify how many bathrooms were included or restricted. Thanks to 訂房網站’s professional and timely support, I felt that at least from there my concerns were taken seriously and properly reviewed. and they help to followed up on the matter and eventually bring the dispute to a resolution.
The extra charge was at the end refunded by the hotel. However, the hotel stated in the email that the refund was return as a “gesture of goodwill”, this left me with the impression that responsibility was still being placed on us, despite all the evidences we provided
