房間大小“有限”，可愛的提供服務的兄弟姐妹阿姨大叔熱情無限。感謝大家的溫暖與敬業，不止是餐廳阿姨的善良、還有前台在線的業務能力與服務態度，尤其是那個看起來就是boss全能的白體恤姐和透著滿滿細節真誠的黑衣服帥哥徐，就是靠譜！這次出行多了太多的溫暖。除了最耀眼的服務，房間也是乾淨整潔，硬件設施等方面還被家人所肯定，獲得了不錯的體驗。服務很好，但是不想衹説服務很好，你們辛苦啦，謝謝你們～

交通便利，離地鐵口近。 服務熱情，早餐豐盛。 附近有好吃的葫蘆頭泡沫，對面是興慶宮公園，離交大很近。 但，大廳有濃濃的下水臭味，希望能改善。 房間較小，衞生間，洗手枱衞生不是很乾凈。

服務很好的😋，早餐很豐盛孩子很喜歡👍，但就是夏被太厚了，不蓋被子冷，蓋上了熱😬，還有就是被罩有些硬，每動一下就會發出類似“嘩啦”的聲響，對睡眠淺的人來説，太痛苦了，希望可以改進一下。像冬被就不錯，去年冬天也在這裡住過，當時感覺很好，所以第二次沒猶豫直接就選了這裡😊，地理位置很好，對面就是興慶宮公園，不遠處就是交大

這次出行住的酒店，真的給我留下了超棒的印象！前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住時不僅速度快，還貼心介紹周邊好玩的地方和美食，一下子就讓人好感倍增。房間佈置得溫馨又整潔，床品柔軟舒適，讓我這個認床的人都能一夜好眠。衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質也很不錯。早餐種類豐富，中西餐都有，味道還很贊。酒店位置也超便利，周邊吃飯、購物都很方便。這次入住體驗感拉滿，下次來這邊，肯定還選這家！

房間很乾凈，設施也很好，前台小哥二哥很熱情，還專門幫我們調房間的空調。早餐種類豐富，味道很贊，小朋友也喜歡吃。就是忘記拍照了。

房間乾淨，衞生間有乾濕分離，前台給升了房型，服務很好。不過窗外是馬路對面是公園，早上十點左右會有音樂，睡眠淺的可以試試另一側的房間

給爸媽臨時訂的酒店，性價比高，臨時五一基本沒有漲價，離興慶宮很近，就在馬路對面，方便長者逛公園，唯一不足是沒有免費停車場

幾次來西安都是住的這家，位置比較方便，提供的早餐也比較不錯，整體環境也不錯，價格合適。 下次來還會考慮這家。

Our family of three adults recently stayed in a family room at your hotel for two weeks, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The highlights of our stay were undoubtedly the exceptional staff and the superb location. Our room on the 4th floor was consistently spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. A special mention must go to the cleaning lady on that floor—she was extremely friendly, helpful, and a real asset to your team. The reception staff were also consistently warm and professional, always offering a greeting and a smile whenever we passed by. The location was ideal. Not only is it very close to Jiaotong University and surrounded by local restaurants, but it's also extremely well-connected—the metro is only a 3-minute walk from the hotel entrance. We loved the variety of authentic local restaurants nearby and the fact that the largest park in Xi'an was right opposite the hotel. The on-site laundry room was also a significant convenience for our extended stay. We do have a couple of suggestions for improvement to make a great hotel even better. Firstly, the public washroom next to the reception in the lobby had a persistent unpleasant smell from the toilet, which was noticeable. Secondly, we observed that the lobby cleaning staff and the maintenance guy wearing blue uniforms appeared less well-trained in customer service compared to the rest of the team and were generally unfriendly in their interactions. These were minor points in an otherwise excellent stay. We would not hesitate to recommend your hotel to others and would happily choose to stay here again on our next visit to Xi'an. 酒店位於興慶宮對面，早晚逛公園很方便，出門即是地鐵口很方便出行，旁邊有早餐小籠包，菠菜麵，味道不錯，酒店房間乾淨衞生，點外賣有機器人送達，服務員態度很好。
