西安新興溫泉瑞士酒店 (Swissôtel Xi’an Xinxing Hot Spring)

設施：很不錯，看起來又認真設計，走廊有意境 衞生：乾淨，沒見到有浮塵 環境：非常非常好，堪比一千三四的酒店，房間很漂亮 服務：不錯，早餐廳的阿姨態度很好

A beautifully-designed property, however, if managed properly, it would have been a great hotel. It is such a pity that although the property consists of facilities that a 5-star hotel should have, basic facilities like sauna and steam room is not operational (for quite a while, according to the staff). Gym is unmanned, and seems like an afterthought. No towel is provided. Not to mention the operating hours of the gym and swimming pool. This hotel is suitable for families with young kids, but not for business travellers and families with adult children. The (lanes) swimming pool is very crowded with parents and kids learning to swim. It looks more like a play pool than lanes for proper swimming. The wellness centre seems to accept non-hotel guests. If so, a timetable for the use of the facilities should be in place. It might be a safe option for solo travellers who require privacy and basic accommodation. The standard room category is quite small for a 5-star hotel. The twin room category’s room configuration is much better. Beautiful design, poor practicality. Keep your phone next to you because one has to use a torchlight to find the switches at night as the buttons are dark with no lights. Throughout my three nights stay, there were only two staff (a young female receptionist and a young male breakfast chef) who seemed engaged and friendly. Overall, the service attitude is dismal. Not a typical Swissotel.

酒店在霸河旁邊，生態環境很好，景色美空氣還很新鮮。訂的房間雙床房，房間空間格局建造很合理，可以泡溫泉，還可以游泳，非常的nice，前台小魚和他領導服務熱情，親切，周到，點贊，下次還要帶上朋友一起來。

靠近濕地公園適合散步，房間比較安靜，有溫泉性價比不錯，前台小嚴很貼心，服務周到，下次和家人再來！

暑假帶孩子來西安旅遊，千古情附近這家新興溫泉酒店，入住體驗感整體超常好，前台小董待客熱情，有禮，值得入，酒店的硫磺溫泉很舒服，客房保潔衞生小李服務態度也很好。下次有機會去西安也要來這家溫泉酒店🥰🥰

前台小董待客熱情，有禮，房間特別乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，一躺下就不想起來了，隔音也做得很好，晚上睡得特別踏實。浴室熱水充足，水壓合適，洗漱用品的味道也很清新。

房間空間很寬敞 設施較新較智能，窗外風景也很不錯，但酒店衹帶單份早餐對雙人出遊不是很友好，淋浴間地板不知是紋路問題還是打掃不徹底，有些許瑕疵。不過下午15:00退房政策對想睡懶覺的人很友好，服務也都是很快很及時，總體來説滿意，下次有機會還會入住！
