弗羅茨瓦夫舊城區溫德姆酒店 (Wyndham Wroclaw Old Town)

酒店地理位置相當贊，就在舊城區裡，但又不喧鬧。酒店條件很好，房間大，設施全，早餐豐富。員工都很有禮貌。 附近景點密佈，餐廳和酒吧，超市，葯店，紀念品商店櫛次鱗比。波蘭菜，日餐，泰餐，中餐，什麼都有。推薦瓦夫第一的中餐，“中國風”。去吃了兩次，家常豆腐是一絕。

酒店在老城區裡面，非常方便，出門就是滿街的小銅人，喜歡這個城市

하루 묶었는데 공사중이라 입구찾기 힘들었네요~구글 지도보고 찾아갔는데 너무 힘들었어요 ㅠㅠ

New, clean, top location, good breakfast! Excellent choice

Lovely hotel, however it was not the one the pictured. There is no swilling pool. That photo included is not this hotel. There is a spa, but they’re currently building it. So it’s not in use. When I complained to the hotel they told me it’s not their fault and that it was 訂房網站 fault for not checking what amenities they have. When I contacted 訂房網站 they said it was the hotels fault for providing them with the wrong information. The hotel were not prepared to do anything. Trip said they could refund me £9 which is nothing. However they did give me some points for my next booking. However really not impressed. If you book a weekend away in a hotel expecting a spa and a pool as that was one of the main reasons for booking as a relaxing weekend break it’s quite disappointing to find out it doesn’t exist. I did ask for a refund to then book a different hotel with spa facilities but they refused. I really am not impressed with the hotels attitude not do anything and just pass blame to 訂房網站. Both sides clearly made a mistake. Another negative of the rooms are that the rooms windows are actually not looking outside. They look into a kind of office/shopping mall which the hotel is inside of. The listing of the hotel clearly states a pool, spa and massage room. None of which exist. The picture of the pool is not even this hotel. Positives of the hotel is that it is a good location and a nice breakfast.

チェックインの際、普段通りパスポートを見せて返された時に、「ありがとうございます！」と言われとても驚きました。彼女は日本語を勉強しているそうで、その後のホテルの説明も日本語で説明してくれました。日本人にとってあまり、馴染みのないブロツワフという街でこのような経験ができてとても感動しました。もちろん部屋も食事もお値段以上に綺麗で豪華でとても高評価です！もし、ブロツワフに滯在する際はこのホテルお勧めします！

Nice hotel . Great.position. Nice rooms . Clean. Only spoiled by top offparking charge which check in did not warn us about. This may have been due to stress over horrendous building site mouse in hotel. But l did ask about parking and staff were vague about the cost. We got abadty shock as cost per day was almost the same as the room. Wyndham have no customer service for Europe so my attempts to contact them failed.

Bon hôtel bien placé, spa hors service en ce moment. Personnel arrangeant et à l'écoute.

Gutes Hotel in einer top Lage . Leider hatte das Spa wegen Renovierungsarbeiten geschlossen . Hätten uns dafür eine Vorab Information gewünscht .
