On the last day of my stay, before the official checkout time, I left the hotel briefly (around 40 minutes) to drop off my child at summer camp. When I returned at around 10:00 am, I was shocked to find a hotel staff member walking out of my room carrying my bag and personal belongings. I immediately went to the front desk to confront the situation, but the explanation given was simply that the staff member “thought I had checked out.” This happened even though I had not checked out, and it was still well before the standard checkout time. This incident was extremely concerning and unacceptable, as it violated my privacy and gave me the impression that my belongings were not safe in the hotel. I believe the management should review their procedures to ensure that such a situation does not happen again to other guests.

走廊有很濃的葉子味，絕對是這次旅遊最不值的一次住宿，看是希爾頓旗下才定的，沒想到性價比極低，停車費也不便宜。剛入住廁所返臭換了間，但是窗外有噪音也沒辦法。 對了窗還是封死的。

貌似全漂亮國最差的服務人員都請到了這裡。全程服務無笑容，12點前入住要付額外費用。出差美國10年了，是住過服務最差的酒店，沒有之一。 酒店的隔音效果差，靠近馬路那邊的，更加嘈的要命，無法入睡。 酒店的heater又安裝在床頭旁邊，整個晚上都是被嘈著。

As a business traveler and Hilton honored program customer, the service at this hotel by their front desk agent was worse than a motel, no decency to say thank you or sorry for making you wait 1 hour, while my kids and wife after driving 5 hours to c me. Are sitting in the parking lot for them to find my reservation online, the they say after 1 hour that we can't find the reservation and basically f u. When I told them my reservation was guaranteed, going what it says on the TripjhH.com you have to find me an ac c ommodation at midnight then they tell me we make you reservations in house, why couldn't u do that 1 hour ago had me wanmiting, then I am charged 3 times 1once with Trip.o then the agent who made the reservation in house. Another in them morning nwhen I pass the front desk. Blaming me that my card didn't go through when they have charged me already. So I say ok give them another card. So I get home and run the numbers. I See that 3 charges from Hotel.

Disappointed that this hotel does not have self parking and requires you to use valet. It takes a lot of time to wait the car to be brought. The water pressure for shower is really low, it's hard to clean up properly with the low water pressure Room is clean and new Unfortunately one of the elevator broke down during our stay causing a long wait line during breakfast and checkout time.
