I went there today start for Wolves vs Man City this weekend, I got a room, I got there 2 hours before my booking, I had to wait 2 hours till 3 o’clock unless I paid ten pounds. When I got to my room I found a stain on my bed I didn’t know what it was, blood etc other than that the room was clean but I could the bathroom clean but the wallpaper worn out.

Dirty towels when I arrive and plus they lock me and my boyfriend out of my hotel room he had to go down stairs and get a new key that is just a key a pain in the ass and had bad experience as well people shouting in the streets at midnight and the toilet doesn’t even flush either bad experience I wouldn’t stay here again no way and they didn’t even service breakfast either I’m very disappointed in this hotel and I couldn’t sleep because of the bed as well it’s kept on making noise lots of people hang around and the bed was uncomfortable to sleep on and i kept itchy as well on the bed not good services

울버햄튼의 홈구장 몰리뉴 스타디움과 정말 가깝습니다 거의 맞은편 수준 아침에 일어나 경기장 주변을 조깅한 경험은 이 호텔에 대한 만족도를 엄청 높여줍니다.

Disappointingly dusty chair bedsheets add floor. As soon as I entered to the room I started coughing. I suggest somebody need to double check the cleaners after they cleaned every room. The picture shows th first room bedsheets full of hairs and dusts. When I complained the receptionist gave moved me to other room at least the bed is much cleaned but still as on the picture shows the floor was muddy and dusty. I am thankfull for the help of the receptionists despite the above issue I hope the will fix it for future.

Decent hotel for the price, bed was comfy and the hotel had everything you needed, very helpful to have the reception open for large periods of the day and night, with friendly staff. The halls did smell of fags and if your room is on the roadside it is very noisy and the building is very hot! There are heaters in all rooms though if it is cold.

Worst hotel Terrible place stole my money no WiFi connection whatsoever in the room ordered food at the bar which was stale and the lady pretended she put the refund back on my card and still now I have not been refunded the service is appalling and if you want to stay alive do NOT eat the food I was in a room where the entrance was and couldn’t have the blind up atall and had to get dressed in the bathroom as everyone could see me and the shower was abserlootley filthy worst place I have ever stayed disgraceful

硬件是招待所的標準 前台服務員很熱情。沒有空調，衞生一般，房間有點臭，走廊非常熱，早餐英式早餐。 對於來看球的朋友，地理位置極佳，旁邊就是球場，Asda超市，步行10-15分鐘到火車站和他們最大的shopping center。

Room was silly hot and window couldn’t be opened more than a couple inches and no air con, floors were filthy and limited electrical plugs. I asked reception to fix the tv remote or at least provide batteries and a second towel and never received one. Poor customer service
