2シングルベッドの部屋を選んだところ、ベランダの目の前に壁があり、閉鎖的な空間でした。日が當たらないのか、部屋の中ぎカビ臭いようでした。

Localização imbatível, caminhada agradável até a praia, supermercado e shopping. Atenderam meu pedido de andar alto e fiquei com uma vista maravilhosa do campo de golfe. O restante serve refeições deliciosa, amei o peixe, e o ponto da carne estava excelente. Academia com ótima manutenção.

We had an amazing stay at Sage Hotel. Our room was clean and has a nice view! The location of the hotel was close to everything! You can just walk to the Wollongong beach, lighthouse, etc.

The reception guy in the morning shift was very rude. He was talking in a bad way and he charged me 105$ i dont know and after i asked him why i already paid everthing before check in and the bond was paid on check in. He knew that he done a mistake and he refund it and he said it will be in my account in few days without even saying sorry. He was very very impolite and rude. Its not a morning to begin. The worst

多次入住了，地理位置絕佳所以每次不換，疫情後澳洲漲價不少，訂房網站預訂比其他平台都優惠，就是不能定早餐了，官網直接定才有早餐，不過貴好多。前台給我們升級了房型，陽台上就能看海，日出很美，住得很好

I requested 2 queen size beds as I was travelling with my parents. One of the bed was fine but other was portable sofa which was really uncomfortable and too tiny for 2 people, pillows on them were terrible. Couple of towels were also got marks on them. Wifi didn’t work at all. Not enough milk in the fridge to make tea as well. Not a pleasant experience travelling with my old parents.

Travelled into Wollongong to see family. Location is good relative to most things in Wollongong. The room was clean and tidy. Service staff were very friendly. Amenities were adequate - gym and pool were good just a tad small. Didn’t have any food there, so can’t comment on this.

The Sage Wollongong has made 4 unauthorised transactions on my credit card amounting to $1854.00 over the space of the 2 days stay there. I’m now having a horrible time with their management trying to get my own money refunded back into my account…. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel.
