We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on 訂房網站 of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment.

The hotel give us more facilities ( Gym, swimming pool ) for our enjoy. My children & friend have very love the swimming pool , it is very cleanliness, the room is big and comfortable. The customer service staff at front desk are very wiling to help customers. The thing that are a bit worse is that the swimming pool does not provide free towels for guests using and the coridor is a bit creepy. Hope will be imporve this request in the future and thank you.

Good hotel good location , we a beautiful weekend getaway loved the spa treatment , the lady gave such a great massage very good service really enjoyed my self .the lady at the main reception who checked us in Even though I told her we celebrating my 50th birthday. She didn’t seem to be bothered or offered anything. She just ignored us .

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton St. Anne’s Manor and was impressed by its charm and setting. The hotel is nestled in a peaceful, green environment, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, yet it feels wonderfully secluded. The property is well-maintained and spotlessly clean, with outstanding service from the staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Facilities are top-notch, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The only drawback was that a few rooms, including mine, did not have air conditioning, which could be uncomfortable during warmer days. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall experience. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing stay surrounded by greenery, with great service and amenities, this hotel is an excellent choice.

If you want to seclude yourself for a few days this is the perfect place for you! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only had breakfast during our two nights stay but it was good with many variety of teas / coffees available of our liking. The surrounding environment was great with plenty of greenery. The only drawback was that we arrived at the hotel in a hot and humid evening and there was no air conditioning in our room, with only a small electric fan provided.

The hotel was clean, a little dated in places. Rooms were nice, aircon didn’t work and no actual ceiling lighting in the room. Housekeeping staff were lovely and personally welcomed my cat to the hotel. More expensive than it should be. All in all, a good hotel.
