We fled here after being evacuated from the Marlborough due to an "emergency fumigation operation." It's just down the street, which means same great location! Also, while one night here cost almost as much as three nights at the Marl (lol), after our experience there the professionalism was worth it. Remote / TV weren't working, but a call downstairs sent a friendly guy up who was quick to fix it. Highly recommended if you need a place downtown in the Peg.

The employees at this hotel are horrible!  One of the worst treatment I have ever had at a hotel.  The employees never say good morning, good evening, etc. They are not professional and don’t treat clients with respect and warmth. Furthermore the hotel refused me to bring my girlfriend  to my room. The security guard at the door racially profiled me. He was very dismissive and disrespectful. Unbelievable experience.

매트리스에서 냄새가 올라와요.엎드려자니까 느껴져요.아마도 똑바로 누워자면 몰랐을거에요.다운타운이고 관공서 가까워서 좋은데.호텔청소도 열심히했는데....물2병주고 다 좋은데....매트리스패드라도 자주 바꿔야해요.냄새나요

Hotel is great , right beside Jets rink. Parking tough for trucks to get in the upper parking lot. There are other options. No noise. Very helpful.
