The Front Desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. They assisted me with a free shuttle service to the local shopping mall and picked me up once I was finished. The hotel is very close to the airport only a 10minute shuttle bus or taxi ride away. The room was very clean and well-maintained. Some maintenance/renovation was going on while I was there which did make the carpet in walkways a little dirty mostly due to the snow and mud from outside. I will definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again if I return to Winnipeg.

歇腳是沒問題的，附近外賣很多，也有subway之類的快餐。 床鋪還行，但是浴缸和廁所讓人感覺髒髒的，用前還得自己清潔，沐浴液瓶子上面有毛髮… 前台工作人員態度很好，早餐種類也算多。咖啡果汁牛奶酸奶都有。 停車位很多很方便

I had a mixed reaction about my stay. On the positive side, the room was clean, the bed was great for sleep, and most of the [day] staff were courteous and professional. The breakfast was basic but they did change main entrees on the second morning of my stay. On the other hand, I had emailed my hotel the day I was to check in, noting that my initial flight was delayed and, consequently, the connecting flight was late [i.e., I would be arriving late]. I received a reply to that email four days after I had checked out with a comment that they couldn't find my reservation. The night that I checked in after being up for about 35 hours without sleep, I gave the staff my name and he said there was no reservation from me. After taking my passport and a couple of minutes, he found the reservation, no apology, no customer service skills, just proceeded to check me in. Ultimately, no big deal but given that there are numerous other nearby hotels at the same price and quality level, I probably will not be booking a stay at this hotel in the future.
