這個酒店很漂亮，房間大而寬敞，洗澡的熱水很大，還貼心的贈送了早餐，以及延遲退房服務，下次還會選擇住這裡。

Holiday Inn express 是一間很舒適整潔的酒店，很喜歡。這店步行約15分鐘便可到達溫沙城堡，很方便。

酒店周邊環境優美，都是居民區，幾乎沒有雜人，居民很nice 酒店服務到位，英文地道，房間密度低，服務人員距離感適中 早餐環境乾淨，品類簡潔質量高，水果新鮮，推薦牛奶泡各種麥片 期待再來

房間空間舒適安靜，早餐比較豐富，衞生乾淨整潔，服務態度好，性價比較高，略為距離火車站遠滴滴，需多走幾步

Big round. Great service. Near airport this can hear the airplane flying by at all times. Prepared breakfast to take away as their restaurant under renovation.

I used 訂房網站.com to book our family break for my daughter’s birthday surprise to Lego land, when booking I always pay at the hotel, 3 weeks before our 訂房網站 the total balance of our hotel was taken from my account to be then told I would still have to make payment upon arrival as this was just a authentication payment. This means £600 I would have paid in total for the hotel. No where in the confirmation email of booking did it state this so the hotel sorted the payment out for me. 2 days before before the 訂房網站 I had a email from the hotel stating it would be continental breakfast because of on going work in the lobby area. This left me with very little notice to find else where as everywhere was booked with it been the school holidays. When we arrived at the hotel we was told it £15 a night to park in the hotel for the price of the hotel I found this rather poor. Breakfast on the first morning was very poor, it was cold bacon sandwich and cold sausage sandwhich. Whilst spending 3 days in the hotel there wasn’t one builder in sight. The second morning buffy was open which was ok. The cleaners that came in our room didn’t change the cups for tea and coffee they was just rinsed and placed on the bathroom side next to the sink. The price we paid and what we received was really poor so wouldn’t stay here again.

The highlight for the entire stay: the front desk lady proactively offered to print some coloring page for my kid. Cons: - the faucet, you can choose either hot water or freezing code water, no warm water at all. Press down on basin plug means water can go down, pull up basin plug means water remain in basin. - the shower, it has minimal water flow, for my room specifically, not sure about other rooms. - construction in main lobby, didn’t find out until arrive at the hotel. - no breakfast buffet, only providing breakfast bags in the morning. - no safe in the room, no fridge in the room, no coffee machine in the room.

總體來説各方面都很好，就是隔音有點差，隔壁房間説話聽得一清二楚。還有一點不太理解，為什麼和隔壁房間要設定一個連通的門，一開始給我嚇到了。但是總體來説還是挺不錯的

We had a lovely stay at this hotel – it was conveniently close to Windsor town centre, making it easy to explore the area. The sofa bed was perfect for our two young kids, spacious and comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Would definitely stay again!

酒店離溫莎城堡比較近，提供免費停車，停車場在負一樓，有電梯，這個很重要，對於有行李的旅客非常方便。訂的這間家庭房比較大，有個梳化床，很適合一家三口住。 酒店提供自助餐，就餐在一樓，早點去人少，環境優美。
